We double ordered lemon pepper wings with buffalo sauce on the side and a large Sicilian pizza no basil. The lemon pepper wings were for the younger crowd (9yr olds)that do not do spice. When we got the to go order home we discovered the wings were tossed in the buffalo sauce with lemon pepper which the kids could not eat. When my niece was picking up the order, not only did she have wait an additional 15 minutes from the pick up time we placed well in advance it was missing the buffalo sauce so she had to pay additional for it and now we know why because they added it to the wings. The large Sicilian pizza had basil on it so some people couldn't eat it Pics will be included of the receipts of the original online order and the receipt that was placed on the bag and the food. Very disappointed, we had to pull food out of my freezer to cook for the younger crowd, which was not what we wanted. If it wasn't pouring rain we would've went back to the restaurant and had it corrected. FYI the bar was busy but the restaurant empty. Why the wait ?.

Kids screaming and running around the bar, abusing the pool table, and a child chastised me for using adult language in a BAR that the kid almost hit another person with a pool stick. The world is not childfree, but the bar side of the space should be. It is completely unacceptable that the *corporate* office makes their staff at location allow children in the bar. I am an adult and when I chose to sit at a bar I do NOT want screaming kids everywhere. You honestly think patrons want to spend money at your BAR side with ill behaved children??? Again, this is not bostons fault. The management and staff are so incredible and all deserve raises. Corporate needs to be realistic and stop allowing children at any hour on the bar side...

Our table was dirty when we sat down, the high chair was dirty and we needed to clean it off ourselves, and there were at least 1-2 flies buzzing around, which was just a little disappointing when trying to eat.
