Came here on a Sunday afternoon before one of the football playoff games. Staff was less than enthusiastic to be there or to serve customers. Rocky Balboa here giving my honest review of that crappy shoe leather of a burger I just paid $12.00 for with a side of soggy fries and cheddar on top. Rocky balboa was the fun name they gave me when I ordered and gave me my buzzer. I was hoping for the Ferris Bueller buzzer but rocky was fine. What was not fine was this burger. We have been here before but something has drastically changed here and needs to change back very quickly. Either your Sysco rep ripped you off and sent you a crappy $.85 patty or your manager is now ordering this $.85 crappy patty and he needs to go. One of these two things better happen or you will be out of business in two months. Either way this was by far the worst burger I have ever had. I almost wanted to tell people in line not to order as it was bad. The guy sitting behind me in his booth just kept looking strangely at his burger too as it is bad. Quite literally the best burger I've had! My girlfriend and I had the millionaire burger. Food was over flowing the plate in the best way possible! With the plate being so busy the flavors came together excellently. We've been here for about a week and tried restaurants around the city every night or multiple times a day. Came in with some friends. I ordered a elk burger with American cheese, French fries, and a s'mores milkshake. I indulged in the pickle bar. I paid for my order, got some pickles and sat down. I was the first of my group to order. I was then approached by someone I'm guessing was the manager and was told that they were out of elk burgers. Well wish I would of known that before. They refunded me my $4. And I decided on a regular hamburger. One friend ordered a Kobe burger. Guess what? If your guess is they were out of that too. Then you are right. So 2 of 3 things on their exotic menu they were out of. Update your board then! My shake was ready. It was DELICIOUS. Thick, creamy, with chunks of graham cracker. My 2 friends who got regular burgers when they first ordered got their burgers and fries. I went and got more pickles. I went up and asked about my meal. "It's coming." Ok... then my friend who wanted Kobe got her burger... I finished my shake still no food. Went and asked again. "We are waiting on the fries." Really because all my friends go their fries. I went and got more pickles. So a full 25 minutes later went 2 of my 3 friends were done eating, and I had mostly filled up with pickles and my shake I finally got my food. My burger was delicious.
