Basically no wait. - $25 entry but $3 off via coupon from their website. I don't want to spoil anything, but I thought there were several really good characters and setups. Lot of screaming out there and plenty of attendees who were clearly scared. And the actors were clearly into it, enjoying their roles. Being outside, at night, in the woods - helps. The setting alone helps a lot. Heck, a lot of movement we heard were legit critters running along in the brush. Added to the effect nicely. When I saw $25 entry, I was pretty dubious - but it's LONG. But let me tell you this... it's definitely worth the drive!!!! If you know me and my husband are OBSESSED with the Munsters. They only show the house by Appointments only! We're so grateful my in-laws took care of that for us. The owner gave us the tour of this beautiful house and I must say that my favorite room in the entire house has got to be the memorabilia room. I'm so jealous of the entire Munster Collection!! It's pretty fascinating that Grandpa (Herman's Father in law) visited this Munster Mansion before he passed, and also one of the actresses that played Marilyn, also visited too! But... there's a couple of areas that need to be darker in order to appreciate the scares to its full affect. And most annoyingly, they made our group go with 2 other groups when there wasn't even close to a line. Maybe 10 people in it at all. They had her identify him from a parking lot away. I understand the process but a parking lot away and in a haunted house when multiple people were wearing hats INCLUDING ME!!! we were literally feet to feet most of the time aswell. the only time he reached out was when we couldn't see and he didn't touch anyone "he would've screamed if he did" definitely just an odd situation and if someone did touch her inappropriately with that being the group behind us or in front i hope that you didn't mean to and it wasn't like that.
