My experience with London at Twisted Glass has made me believe in human beings, and fall in love with glass. I took my first class to dabble and learn. London made me feel like I could do anything. Needless to say I've been back numerous times, including tonight! I told him I wanted to make something special for my new grandson born April 15, this week! He said well, you could make a chandelier with lights to put above his crib. My first thought was, me? He was hands-on through the process and together we made something incredibly beautiful. Twisted Glass WARNING: DO NOT book a class with Twisted Glass. You WILL be ripped off. London is completely dishonest and a terrible person to do business with. My husband, Brandon Nafikov, has already left a review, but I want to add more detail to his review as well as screen shots and respond to the LIES that were commented by the owner on my husbands' review. On January 25, 2025, my husband booked a Valentine's Day class to surprise me for Valentine's Day. My husband Zelle'd London $200 to the phone number in which he was making contact with us. London called my husband the day before our appointment to reschedule due to a gas leak. My husband told London we would let him know when we could attend a different class after talking with me. Although we were bummed, we understood that things happen that are out of our control sometimes. We unfortunately had to figure out new Valentine's Day plans the night before as London did not reach out to my husband to reschedule until about 5 PM on February 13th. Despite this, we decided to go a head and reschedule our appointment anyways. Our rescheduled appointment was now for February 28th. We drove about 2 hours away to our appointment on February 28th just to see that the doors were locked and had a notice taped to the front door that the locks had been changed due to non-payment. My husband called London to which he did not answer and then texted him after receiving no response. London texted back saying he had been in the hospital and forgot to reschedule us (for the second time). At this point, we had already been rescheduled and drove 2 hours away to attend the class just for the doors to be locked. We just wanted our money back and no longer wanted to attend a class, so we asked for a refund. London gave us the run around saying he could get us a refund in 2 business days although my husband Zelle'd his personal account attached to the phone number he had been contacting us through. A week passed and we still had not received the refund, so my husband reached back out on March 11th. London responded on March 12th saying they would reopen the following day and he would personally be reaching out. They next day (March 13th) came and went and we did not hear a word from London. On March 14th, my husband called the shop during business hours and asked to speak to London, but was told he was not there and that he would probably be in around 7 PM that night. My husband again texted London asking for an update to which we have NEVER GOTTEN A RESPONSE BACK. The twisted glass owner responded to my husbands review making excuses, called my husband childish, and "shamed" him for leaving an HONEST REVIEW. They STILL have NOT refunded us as of April 5, 2025 like their response stated and they DID NOT offer us free classes like their response stated. They are COMPLETELY DISHONEST. The only person to be shamed here is London as he not only STOLE money from us at this point, but has LIED to save face when an honest review was made. "Tisk, tisk." AND to add, we found two other reviews with the same experience as us. read more

Found this amazing studio a month before heading to Fort Worth over Christmas vacation. Not only do I own my own custom stained glass business but I just have a pure love of glass in general. I have been wanting to step into torch work and could not have found a better studio for lessons, information and a chance to be taught by another artist who just loves and appreciates glass like I do. First off, the studio is large, airy, organized and a pleasure to be in. The choices of glass to work with, along with tools was awesome. London is a fantastic instructor, from explanation of equipment to saftey break down to instruction while working our glass he was direct, educational and just down right enjoyable to be with. He has no issues being upfront that he can help hands on so you still do the work but feel how he does the movements and techniques or he will stand back and just voice aid. Both my husband and I understood what he spoke to and were able to fit in more time making things than we thought would happen. If I lived in this area I no doubt would be a regular in this studio. From professional and high quality tools and equipment, to gorgeous glass you couldn't ask for more. But what really sets the studio apart from others I've experienced is London and his pure love and experience for torch work and glass. Not many studios can provide small quality lessons with a instructor. You're not paying for a cold classroom, tons of people everywhere and getting lost in the instruction. At Twisted Smoke you get a gorgeous space, great equipment, and someone who cares about what they are teaching. London has the ease and pure heart for anyone interested in torch work. My husband and I will definitely find ourselves back in the studio on our next family visit. This visit cemented myself wanting to bring torch work into my own shop so it's time to buy some pricey equipment :). read more
