I am still calling corporate about this and have yet to get a refund. It is the principle. I am shocked it has been this horrible. When I finally got to the window I asked why they locked the door so early and the woman at the window said they do it sometimes when they get backed up? Said they just lock it for a little while, so that people don't come inside and make them backed up inside and at the drive thru. I'm sorry but it's a Saturday night so it's going to be busy. If you're backed up just tell the customers how long the wait will be so they can decide if it's worth the wait or not. Now I know why their drive thru line is always out into the parking lot.
