Booking classes is super easy either online or on their app. They have 2 yoga rooms: Fire (hot yoga) room which most of their classes are in and holds 45 people, and a smaller unheated room called Earth which holds up to 20 people. I love the variety of classes that are offered. Hot power yoga is the most common class and it's such a great work out. They give you a cold peppermint towel at the end of any hot yoga class and it's pure bliss! They also have unheated yin classes, HIIT hot yoga classes (called JuicyStrong), and everything in between. All the instructors have their own flare to their classes which I love. They get to make their own playlists which set the tone for class and they vary a lot. The studio usually has a monthly or seasonal challenge which is super motivating for me personally! Ample free parking, 2 showers with soap/shampoo, lockers available. Blankets and bolsters for yin yoga provided. Blocks, straps, and more available in hot yoga room. Easy one-click check in on their tablets for classes. All you need to bring is your yoga mat, lots of water, and a sweat towel and you're good to go!

The only downside to being so good is you have to book appointments way in advance. The massage studio is private, warm and comfortable. The bed is adjustable in height which I have never experienced before, it's cool! I prefer a stronger, deeper technique and Marin delivers as much as I can stand. I get the sense that she is doing just what my body needs and I have always left feeling like my mobility has improved and I have learned something new as Marin also is free with tips, exercises and advice which I appreciate. The spa portion of the space is smaller but practical. I thought the one thing I couldn't live without was the waxing service. Kim uses the best quality wax that doesn't irritate my skin and makes it the least painful waxing experience I've had. One day, I decided to try a 30-minute massage with Kim and walked away feeling so relaxed and relieved of all my tension points, I had the most restful sleep that night. I've been coming back since then for the massage and I highly recommend it. Kim knows what she's doing and if you like deeper pressure points, she's your girl! I'm a reformer Pilates girl, so the Xformer was a bit of an adjustment for me. But all of the instructors are super awesome in helping me use the Xformer properly. The best part? The playlists! It's so much fun and really helps you get into the zone. The whole facility is super clean with lockers and a great bathroom with everything you need before or after class. There's tons of free parking too-- making it super easy and convenient. Cut and Flow sells grippy socks and lululemon clothes in the front. Don't forget to bring your own grippy socks to your first Xformer class, or you can purchase one at the studio. Their new client special is a great deal. One unlimited month for $99 which includes a free pair of grippy socks and free mat/towel rental. As of 9/11/24 there's also Xformer instructor in training classes which cost $15 per class! A drop in Xformer class typically cost $35.

Before we start every session, she asked me what I need that day and what's bothering me and adapts her massage to my needs. She's lovely to talk to but also intuitively knows when I need quiet. I've gone through many massage therapists over the years and it's clear she really knows what she's doing and is an expert in her craft. Her massages are thorough, effective, and leave me feeling better than ever. I now use her regularly and have her come after every wedding I shoot. I couldn't find a schedule online, but there are group classes (in trios) available daily. They have a billboard with the schedule in their facility. The STEAL: (4) private classes for $150+ tax. Who wouldn't do this? Intro new student offer only. I am classically trained so Stott was new. I'm still not sure exactly the difference, but I asked for a burn and I got it from Randy! I love that they use small weights while on the reformer for leg exercises. Trio classes are $35+ tax as a drop-in fee so they can be as low as $25 if purchased in a class series. My trio class was with Kelsey and I would definitely also go back to her. The studio is clean and equipment is clean. I've found that pilates instructors are hit and miss, so 2 for 2? I'll take it and I'll be back.
