The Workshop is a one-stop shop for all your fitness and relaxation needs: it's a pilates studio, crossfit box, and spa all in one place. It has a minimalistic meets industrial chic ambiance. I live in Seattle but I drive all the way here to see Kim for spa services, it's totally worth it! I've tried the facial, massage, and waxing services, and can confidently recommend all of them. This is not the swanky kind of spa that charges you for the "experience." The spa portion of the space is smaller but practical. I thought the one thing I couldn't live without was the waxing service. Kim uses the best quality wax that doesn't irritate my skin and makes it the least painful waxing experience I've had. One day, I decided to try a 30-minute massage with Kim and walked away feeling so relaxed and relieved of all my tension points, I had the most restful sleep that night. I've been coming back since then for the massage and I highly recommend it. Kim knows what she's doing and if you like deeper pressure points, she's your girl! The prices are more than reasonable for spa services. I have yet to try the workout classes, but looking forward to trying one soon. P.S. I was looking to find somewhere to get waxes. I saw Kim's groupon offer and gave it a shot. I did not regret my decision. She is amazing. Her location is easy to find. She is very professional, approachable, friendly and talented. I would highly recommend her. She offers great price options, like the groupons or memberships. I finished my set of 3 waxes with the groupon offer and have continued to go back because I like her so much. I live 15miles away but I am willing to make the drive. 2 thumbs up! read more

I found Kim through Groupon (brazilian wax). I've now seen her twice. As another reviewer stated, it's kind of hard to find a good 'fit' between you and your esthetician. I really like her a lot---she's just really chill and seems like a really good person. She's pleasant to chat with, but definitely seems like the kinda gal who would catch on if you weren't the chatty type. She also asked what kind of music I would like playing, and if I needed anything to drink, which is nice. So, she definitely tries to make your experience a good one. With regard to the wax itself, she's incredibly detailed, thorough, and never seems rushed. The salon and the room in which she provides services are very clean and smell nice. I can't say enough good things. I've been seeing Kim for my waxing and skin care needs for the past 2 years. Kim is amazing and her non-toxic studio is always clean and inviting. I'm not one to write reviews on Yelp...especially when it comes to something as personal as a waxing experience. However, because I had such a great experience with Kim at True Form Spa, I thought I would share for others. She makes you feel very comfortable upon arriving and was awesome at keeping me talking, laughing and distracted with her great sense of humor during the waxing process. I was a skeptic at first as she uses hard wax and my experience with hard wax has never been great. I will say that that was the best hard wax I've ever been exposed to! I've been taking Pilates with Diane for three years and I love it. I started out with very little ability to move and now I'm strong in my core and my posture is improved and I love my workouts. This was the best facial I have EVER had! I have had many facials before but this was different. Kim who is co-owner, talked to me about my skin and what my problem areas are. I too found True Form Day spa through groupon. I have had several Brazilians done at various locations. I had come to the conclusion that Brazilians were supposed to be painful and uncomfortable. True Form changed my mindset. Similar to the other reviews I was offered water or coffee upon arrival. The room was sunny and bright, I felt comfortable. The wax wasn't painful and Kim was very friendly and personable. She knew what she was doing and that made a huge difference. Turns out that she's new to Seattle but owned her own saloon prior to her move. She has years of experience. I will definitely be back and would highly recommended her! read more

We are a retired couple who share an ongoing package for Pilates instruction. We started in September, 2016 and have attended 2X weekly; one day for a mat class and the other day for our semi-private instruction. AnnMarie Snowden had been our instructor and we are continually amazed by her excellent comunnication skills, professional knowledge and awareness of pre-existing medical conditions. We took a two week vacation in October and while away, we realized that our bodies had really changed with improved posture and mobility, plus an increase in overall awareness for how we walk, sit, and go about our daily chores. Most evident was that my husband had a problem with his neck and was seeing a chiropractor regularly for adjustments to relieve his pain. After 4 weeks of working with AnnMarie, his pain was gone and now, almost 5 months later it is still gone and he no longer sees a chiropractor.
