I went to the office and my concerns were dismissed-"it takes about a month." 2 months later I received another bill (I was told not to pay it) and when I called the billing office they told me that they were still waiting. How long does it take to fax a report?! And I understand that there could be additional charges but $2000?? I feel like I'm getting the runaround and nothing is going to be resolved. They took X-rays and Dr. Embury went over every one of my challenging teeth and told me what to expect. One tooth has "gone through fillingville and is headed to crown town." He spent a lot of time with me and really got to know me. It was really just an evaluation so they did not do much to my teeth. But all the equipment seemed up to date, they played my favorite music and made me feel comfortable. This was the best dentist appointment I've ever had.
