I am constantly amazed at their ability to stun me with their passive aggressive treatment of "outsiders". It is beyond the rude I'm used to in Seattle because they smile in my face, tell me lies, and do whatever it is they want and now they try to blame it on Covid. But I've been receiving horrible and often infuriating treatment for 5 years..long before Covid. I'm gone as soon as my bankruptcy allows. If you ever want to ruin a perfectly wonderful day-or someone else's, just visit the Key Bank in Eatonville!

One of the tellers was having to look after both the walk in clients along with the drive thru clients. The other teller was new on the job. When she asked for help from the manager, the manager told her to ask the other teller. Also the manager went out and chatted with the customers in line, instead of helping out either clearing up the line inside or the drive thru. What kind of manager does not help out either with a training issue or line up of customers. I was in customer service for over 20 years and I've never seen a manager behave in this manner.
