This is the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever been in. They don't believe in customer service…read more There were only 2 tellers on duty during the lunch hour. One of the tellers was having to look after both the walk in clients along with the drive thru clients. The other teller was new on the job. When she asked for help from the manager, the manager told her to ask the other teller. Also the manager went out and chatted with the customers in line, instead of helping out either clearing up the line inside or the drive thru. What kind of manager does not help out either with a training issue or line up of customers. I was in customer service for over 20 years and I've never seen a manager behave in this manner.

Kim specifically helped me and helped handle account issues without an appointment. Instead of waiting for an appointment Wednesday (2 days later) she was willing to multi task and helped me get all my issues handled even though it meant more work for her.
