Unfortunately, I found her demeanor to be rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Rather than providing assistance or directing me to someone who could help, I felt as though I was being interrogated about why I needed the information. The tone of the conversation was dismissive and lacked the courtesy and respect that customers deserve. Customer service should be built on professionalism, patience, and respect. Even when information cannot be provided, there is a respectful way to communicate that to customers. Based on this experience, I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued. I hope management reviews customer service standards and provides additional training to ensure future customers are treated with dignity and respect.
