Of course hackers seem to hit right when rent is due, causing a severe shortage of funds for bills. Wendy and the branch manager (name ?) set me up with a temporary fund to cover the monies taken from my account. Not a loan, but a temp fund while the hacking was being investigated. Whew what a relief. The investigation got my cash back (someone purchased a cell phone) and sanity. Thank you BECU, you're the best.

Like wow Karen (not her real name), thanks for telling me I'm wrong when you can't even help me send a relatively small amount of money. Overall, the people at the branch are nice, but I will do my best to barely use this bank and stick with my other one. Would not recommend. Note- I'm located in Alaska, so there's not many banks to choose from.

The Auburn branch manager, Sonali Sonika, was AMAZING! She went above and beyond in assisting us. The first submission of our application resulted in an approved loan amount below what we needed so we were going to need to withdraw the difference from our retirement. While that was disappointing, we thought we could still make it work but it was less than ideal. Sonali went to bat for us and with some extra information on our application we hadn't included the first time, our loan was approved in full, saving us a LOT of money we hadn't planned on spending. We can't recommend Global (especially the Auburn branch) highly enough! The other employees there are all very friendly and helpful as well. It's a pleasure to do business there!

The teller asked me to see the banker. He declined to help me and moved to the next customer. Very UNPROFESSIONAL individual. I also had the similar unprofessional experience with another banker at this location name, Omar. I would NOT recommend this branch. I went to Meeker location and got my work done.
