They are about making money, not about customer satisfaction. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. There are better banks out there, don't waste your time with these people. I was stuck on an island near Canada, with no way to make a deposit, My debit amoints showed up delayed and the forced a $28 fee on me over a $1.33 overage. I told them please wait 3 days and $1,500+ would be in there in 3 days, they did not care. Wells Fargo years ago were understanding and reveresed the fee. If I was not on the island I had plenty of money I could have deposited, but there are no credit unions/arms here of any sort. Poor poor customer service, please save yourself from becoming their next victim. Corporate greed is sad, and destroying the world. I now bank with a federal credit union. Not everyone has that option, but look around before making your decision. I would give zero stars if there was an option. UPDATE: Worst bank ever, now to top it all off I have had 4 days without any online banking or phone banking. They are updating their 22 year old system. What a joke, no way to access account should not be allowed. I can use my card still but if my balance is lower then I expected, more of those great $28 fees they will force me to pay. So sick of this company, complete garbage. I have only been a member for 90 days and it as been a non-stop nightmare. I will not be using this account any more once October is here. I cannot wait to let my account sit and collect dust. DO NOT waste your time or money with these people!! Unless you like poor quality service and being robbed. I understand the need to update and stay current, but be smart about it!! -VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER ANOTHER UPDATE 8/20/14: I am already unhappy with this bank, now to add to it, I went to a wells Fargo atm, since I am spending 4 1/2 months on an island with limited atm availability, wells Fargo applied a $3 charge and in addition I was charged a $1 non Kitsap credit union atm fee.. why?! So much for caring about customers, the only thing they care about is pinching pennies out of our pockets. $1 isn't a big deal one time, but it can add up over time. It should be an included courtesy. Lousy bank! I have received no good benefits from my account and I continue to be disappointed by them. 5 more weeks until my account can sit idle.

They love adding insult to injury by delaying, denying, and ultimately taking advantage of the deceased. We have emailed them, called them, hand delivered documents, every single document they requested only to be told "no" once again. Hopefully none of the customer pass away because they will try to keep what they had and screw over the grieving family. We have put them on a 14 day notice before the lawyers get involved and we take this to trial where they will pay 2500% more for everything than just doing the right thing. But hey their a bank can you really expect anything less than the slimey business practices. I'm sure I'll get some automated response that does what they've been doing the past 6 months after his death and that's "deny and delay". No wonder why they're stuck in WA with horrible business practices like that how could you grow?... I dare this business to rebuttal as I will gladly post all the sensible documents exposing them. Scum of the earth.

    We had accounts for over 30 years and this year they started charging $3 per quarter to get paper…read morestatements. I told them we didn't want paper statements but they said the only way to opt out of the paper statement was to sign up for online banking. So I tried to sign up for online banking and it was a lengthy agonizing ordeal and it never worked. They even tried to walk me through the steps but because I was on the landline while talking to them, I could not go to the final step to get a security code on the phone. I got frustrated and said the hell with it and went in and closed the accounts. I believe they implemented this $3 paper statement fee to get rid of customers who don't make them any money. And the online banking is made difficult on purpose to get customers to quit. So I did!! Won't come back and recommend new customers look at other credit unions first.
