I made the switch from Wells Fargo who I've been banking with for a long time now maybe a decade…read moredidn't really have any issues with them until I didn't have enough money in the bank and they kept charging me $20 a month just to bank with them because I wasn't meeting the requirements. Ridiculous, so asked around ...a lot of people online said go with BECU but the only reason why I chose TAPCO instead was because it's really close to my house. I couldn't be happier with this decision, not only are they not charging me to bank with them like Wells Fargo was but when I went in there the other day and was waiting for a new card; on one of their brochures It talks about rewards... which it looks like I qualify for and the one lady Michelle that's helped us before said no problem, that she'd sign me up for it, and that I didn't need to do anything more.... It was awesome! Overall, I enjoy baking with them. The one thing that would make this credit union even better is there were no age requirements on opening up an account. It'd be really nice if my 8 & 9 year old kids could get started in experiencing using a debit or credit card, but for some reason all banks and credit unions don't see the benefits in that and would rather have them turn 18, sign up for the first card while out of the house and totally botch their credit from the beginning.

This is not a good branch. The manager and new teller lack knowledge. I have been banking for 40…read moreyears and I was refused by teller to deposit a check. Not cool. They need to fire both until they can be educated on standard rules, irs rules and standard accounting. Very Poor Service. What is Tapco thinking? The worst service ever.
