They'll do their job as fast as possible, and still be able to hold a pleasant conversation with you. It's an extremely nice location, too. Outside and inside. It's got a great parking lot, and landscaping. Plus, we can't forget how easy it is to get in and out. That can NOT be said about the other locations. They have one ATM, that's easy to access. All the other locations are too busy, or too hard to use. I opened my first and only bank account at this location. I try to exclusively come here, but I live across the street from the Triangle Mall location. I can't say enough positive things about this location. Not only do I like Fibre, but I LOVE this location.

Once I realized they closed it, I called to have them reinstate the loan. They said no and that if I wanted another line of credit, I'd have to apply for a new loan and pay the loan fees again. This can't have anything to do with my credit score because it's 823. I also had maintained a balance in my savings for 4 years that exceeded the line of credit amount.

In the last 2 years they have begun randomly not processing direct deposits for up to 72 hours and will also randomly process debit charges a week after you have ran said charge while their banking app doesn't reflect that it is still pending so it comes completely out of the blue. This tandem creates a situation in which these ludicrous overdraft charges become more common and they won't forgive them. Just today I had one because of this again and they told me they told me in September that they would no longer be forgiving overdraft charges.
