MINUS 5 STARS Sitting here in the lobby waiting for a banker, and watching an older female employee wearing a shield at the front desk. Has the customer service personality of a badger. Oh my goodness I can't wait to get back to the Kelso branch. For one an elderly lady can in to get her change counted, and wasn't able to fine the counter. This employee was so furt with her and actually argued with this poor elderly lady that the machine did move. WOW then she'd left her area for some sort delivery another customer came in yelling if they needed a cashier or what. Personally this employee should not be the wrlcoming representative of the main branch of Red Canoe.

They are always so friendly, accommodating and flexible. They remember your name and are always eager to help you no matter what my needs have been. My only comment would be that the access to ATMs where you can deposit checks and cash is a bit to be desired but I can deal with that and still make after hour deposits at the location. This place gives you that home town feeling and just makes anything to do with finances easier. Thanks Mint Valley!

I have banked here roughly 30 years. In the last 10 years overdraft charges have increased from…read morefive to thirty dollars. In the last 2 years they have begun randomly not processing direct deposits for up to 72 hours and will also randomly process debit charges a week after you have ran said charge while their banking app doesn't reflect that it is still pending so it comes completely out of the blue. This tandem creates a situation in which these ludicrous overdraft charges become more common and they won't forgive them. Just today I had one because of this again and they told me they told me in September that they would no longer be forgiving overdraft charges. This is a bold faced lie as I have had no correspondence with them since July. This Credit Union is no longer the caring local bank I joined when I was a child and is now a deceitful money grubbing bank. Do not bank here.

I understand procedures, however this was my first time being informed of this as my mother usually handled my father's affairs and she just passed away. It's got a great parking lot, and landscaping. Plus, we can't forget how easy it is to get in and out. That can NOT be said about the other locations. They have one ATM, that's easy to access. All the other locations are too busy, or too hard to use. I opened my first and only bank account at this location.
