If I could give a negative rating I would. I got a car financed last year through them for $7k and paid it off in a year and a half and then went to a lot to get a newer car and they approved me and then when I got to the car lot after I got off work they retracted it. Higher credit score and good history with no late payments with them ever. Joke of a finance company. Update- the regional manager called me this morning explains why they made their decision and tried to make it right.
