The woman who answered was kind and caring and said "Don't worry we've got this. All I have to do is wake up one of my drivers and they will be right there." Stephen arrived, put the car on his truck and drove my family all the way to my house in Portland. A 45 minute drive. It was just one hour from the time they broke down until he put the car on the truck and got moving. Barely a blip in the plan. What a great dispatcher, what a great driver and what a great company! I rarely if ever give a 5 star rating. However, RDA deserves at a least a 5 star rating!!…read more Ross is one of the best diesel mechanics that i know of and i've been around a lot of mechanics. I called Ross on the recommendation of a fuel injection service in Portalnd that i use to have him look at my 6.0 L Powerstroke. It had some funny oil & coolant temperature deltas that i couldn't figure out. Ross found a poorly manufactured EGR delete bypass that was routing coolant incorrectly resulting in poor flow through the cooler. This is a pretty serious problem to have on a diesel that tows heavy. Ross has a machine shop, so he and the machinist straightened out the issues on the egr delete and resolved the problem. He also caught a few other problems and corrected them as he was working on the vehicle. Ross & Co., have great communication and will spend the extra time explaining and answering questions. It's clear that RDA takes a LOT of pride in their work. I highly recommend RDA for diesel repair!!
