They always have workers at their stations, which I can't always say about other locations. All of the workers are efficient, and kind. They'll do their job as fast as possible, and still be able to hold a pleasant conversation with you. It's an extremely nice location, too. Outside and inside. It's got a great parking lot, and landscaping. Plus, we can't forget how easy it is to get in and out. That can NOT be said about the other locations. They have one ATM, that's easy to access. All the other locations are too busy, or too hard to use. I opened my first and only bank account at this location. I try to exclusively come here, but I live across the street from the Triangle Mall location. I can't say enough positive things about this location. Not only do I like Fibre, but I LOVE this location.

Once I realized they closed it, I called to have them reinstate the loan. They said no and that if I wanted another line of credit, I'd have to apply for a new loan and pay the loan fees again. This can't have anything to do with my credit score because it's 823. I also had maintained a balance in my savings for 4 years that exceeded the line of credit amount.

Apparently they prefer to dress up spoiled brats in business suits, who think they know a lot more than they do, instead of doing their job which is serving their customers. They spuriously and erroneously accuse me of lying to them, believe it or not, when I requested to make a wire transfer, claiming that I was attempting to purchase cryptocurrencies and then trying to hide that erroneous fact, based on their ignorance of the parties involved. I ended up having to withdraw all of my money and closing my account so that I would be able to spend it in any reasonable fashion instead of a measly $1,000 per day, which can't even buy me a smartphone. When you have $16,000 and can't even purchase a fucking phone I would say that there is a problem. This place sucks, just like most commercial banks.

In the last 2 years they have begun randomly not processing direct deposits for up to 72 hours and will also randomly process debit charges a week after you have ran said charge while their banking app doesn't reflect that it is still pending so it comes completely out of the blue. This tandem creates a situation in which these ludicrous overdraft charges become more common and they won't forgive them. Just today I had one because of this again and they told me they told me in September that they would no longer be forgiving overdraft charges. This is a bold faced lie as I have had no correspondence with them since July.
