I called at open at 9:05am. Spoke with Maria Ayres, branch manager. She quoted me .25 percent less on rate than the one I had quote from, I said ok but I would like to see both installment contracts. She wanted the name of dealership even though I gave her all viable info she needed. By 1pm she texted me and told me the other place had miscalculated the sales tax, I said okay, again asked for installment contracts. By 5pm I called and she had not sent them and started telling me random numbers over the phone, I said no please send them so I can look them over, she said ok. Never got them, was not happy, I drove 30 miles to step in the Twin Star and she claimed she sent them to a yahoo email, which I don't have, she agreed to screen shot and text them. To make a long story short she had called the dealership acting like she was now doing the loan and refused to give me quotes because even though she was supposidly giving me a lower rate, the payment was 14.00 more per month than at the higher rate, I asked how can this be, she says oh here and made the payments 16.00 lower, but I calculated the loans total cost, a savings of 200.00 really! She was just trying to take over the loan as still get the more money by making it look like the rate was less. Deceptive and wrong! Because of the total dishonesty I did not use her and we won't be changing our banking to them. From the branch manager no less. Beware my friends.

This is the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever been in. They don't believe in customer service…read more There were only 2 tellers on duty during the lunch hour. One of the tellers was having to look after both the walk in clients along with the drive thru clients. The other teller was new on the job. When she asked for help from the manager, the manager told her to ask the other teller. Also the manager went out and chatted with the customers in line, instead of helping out either clearing up the line inside or the drive thru. What kind of manager does not help out either with a training issue or line up of customers. I was in customer service for over 20 years and I've never seen a manager behave in this manner.

I will say that my husband and I just use this bank as our spending account for groceries, gas,…read moreextra stuff etc. We wanted a local credit union to use since our main bank (Navy Federal) has very limited locations. That being said, this bank has novice technology that I found out the hard way doesn't update balances for you immediately when you sign it to the app but takes a solid 10 seconds to show your true balance. So if you didn't know that, and you quickly check your account here and there like I did, I would have impression I had funds in there and go abouts my business. Despite signing up for account balance alerts (email, in app and text) multiple times I have never once received an alert that my balance was low. For weeks I wasn't able to log in and view my balance because they updated their app which unbeknownst to their customers made you download a completely new app instead of just needing an update to your existing one. This new app would not accept my same log in info so I locked myself out, and they made me go into a location to fix it instead of being able to call their 1800 number. I think all these things contributed to a whole mess of overdraft fees we've accrued recently which I think is pretty shady business practice. Going to cancel this account and open one elsewhere where they have their sh*t together.
