His groups sessions feel very intimidate and he will address each dog so it feels like a 1 on 1 session which he does also read the room well so if there's any nervous dogs in there he will make sure everyone is safe . Keep in mind he's very vocal and advocates for the animals so if you aren't pulling your weight he will have a discussion with you . One rule was we were going to train her to be his service dog to help with mobility issues and we had to decide who to use to train her. We started off with the typical Petsmart training classes which were also great for what it was but knew we needed more. We called multiple trainers, had multiple consultations and no one we meshed with until we found Reymond. We started off with one class and even in the first class he gave us such amazing advice on training Hunny, techniques and was just a kind soul. We signed her up for private training lessons and he has helped Hunny to overcome some fears and training in real life vs a pet store. We were able to take her with us on a short Vegas trip where she was perfect. You tell me what young dog is able to lay down and settle at a Japanese Bbq place where all we are doing is grilling delicious meat and eating tons of food. So if you are wondering if you should hire Reymond and his company I am going to say yes, you won't regret it. A bonus is he also has group training classes that are very economical. A wonderful stay for Tippy - thank you Crossroads!…read more My 1-year-old Maltipoo Tippy has boarded at Crossroads Pet Resort several times in their Home Sweet Home Executive Suites, and she always does so well there. With this recent heat wave it's been especially difficult leaving her, but Dan and his entire staff took extra care to make sure she was comfortable in their air-conditioned facility and got the attention she needed. Tippy deals with some separation anxiety, and they were so patient and attentive with her. I want to thank Dan, the owner and the whole team for taking such great care of my girl while I was away on vacation. She absolutely loves being around the staff and trainers -- we've also been working with their training team for the last six months and have had a fantastic experience. I always have peace of mind knowing she's in great hands. Highly recommend!

John is a really great trainer, and we're very happy with the results. Before training, Ghost had a lot of typical puppy behaviors -- digging, biting and chewing slippers, getting into things he shouldn't, etc. After he came home, those behaviors were basically gone. What impressed us the most is that the training really lasted. Ghost has now gone through his teenage phase, which we were honestly expecting to be a little chaotic , but he's still such a good dog. He understands boundaries, listens well, and is very easy to live with. Looking back, sending him to John at 4 months old gave him a really strong foundation, and we can still see the difference 7 months later. We're really happy we did it and would definitely recommend John!

The facility itself is very well equipped, with more than 100 rooms. They also have separate isolation rooms in case a dog gets sick, which helps prevent illnesses from spreading to other dogs. I thought that was a huge plus. All new dogs are required to provide vaccination records, and they also do about a 20-minute temperament assessment before joining. Based on each dog's personality, they arrange suitable playgroups instead of just mixing all the dogs together. The staff are also very professional and attentive. They keep daily records of each dog's eating habits and bathroom activity, which really gives owners extra peace of mind. Overall, it feels like a very responsible and well-organized place for dogs.

I had my dog Banks do a two week board and train and I'm so happy I did!! He sent me updates and worked through all the things I was looking for. Training is also about learning your dog, not just your dog learning things. I truly felt both me and my pup, Banks grew through this experience. Matt has shown continuous support and has been super responsive even after our board & train & follow up sessions were over. After the board and train was done, Banks came back much more calm and a better listener, among other behaviors we were working on. I can't recommend Matt enough! After about 11 months of bringing my pomapoo here, I've decided I won't be returning…read more I'll start with my most recent visit. I brought my dog in over Easter weekend, and because I was injured, I wasn't able to fully brush her out beforehand like I usually do. She's a Pomeranian with thick fur, and while she did have some matting in typical areas, it was not severe. I've worked in a veterinary setting, so I'm familiar with what's manageable. When my husband dropped her off, he was told they wouldn't be able to achieve the usual teddy bear cut and suggested shaving her down instead. What wasn't communicated clearly was just how short that would be. When I picked her up, she was shaved extremely close, far beyond what I expected, and it was honestly shocking. She looked nothing like herself. This isn't the first issue. On a previous visit, she was cut so short that she developed irritation and a rash, and her tail was left uneven to the point that I had to trim it myself after it got soiled immediately. I've also since heard from friends and family (that I referred) who've had similar experiences, especially during busy weekends or holidays. It seems like overbooking may lead to rushed grooms and defaulting to shaving dogs down rather than working through coats more carefully. I also want to note that vaccination status was never asked about, which initially made this place convenient for me at the time, but in hindsight, that's not something I'm comfortable with. I've communicated before that I don't want my dog shaved down this short, and I just don't feel that preference has been respected or clearly discussed. Between the inconsistent results, lack of communication, and overall experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward

Jake has been walking our two dogs for about a year now, he is GREAT! He is more mature, organized and professional than any 14 year old I know. I can really see the passion and love he has for dogs. My dogs LOVE when he comes over and takes them for a walk. He rides his bike over to our house, has a key to our house and I completely trust him when we are not home to come in. When we go out of town, I hire him to come twice a day on the weekends to feed my dogs. He also has bathed them both. He walks our neighbors dogs too. This is a great kid, totally trustworthy. He treats his "job" as a real business, I see him as a future successful entrepreneur. If you are a little hesitant about his age, it may help to know his mom (very sweet lady) is very active in his business, she even comes on the walks with Jake sometimes. They are a great family. Give him a try, he has reasonable prices and most of all he'll take good care of your dogs! And your dogs will love him!
