After we moved in, I found a duct completely disconnected directly above the furnace in our basement causing air to pour out in the mechanical area instead of going upstairs as needed. Norm also did not replace the thermostat wire as required, so the following summer our air conditioner would not work properly. I contacted Norm multiple times, but Vestal Heating and Plumbing did not respond to my requests to fix the issues caused by their poor and incomplete work. I will let you draw your own conclusions about honestly and integrity here. Do yourself a favor, and choose another contractor.

I needed a complete reinstall of a toilet that another business installed but did not properly secure. Jacob with Evans did the reinstall and was outstanding. He noticed some areas of concern that were leaking and explained what he was going to do to fix it. He replaced to old flange that wasn't even secured to the flooring and sealed everything up beautifully. Jacob was very professional and personable. I also felt the cost of the job was very fair.
