I have been waiting for a technician for 5 weeks. I have had to call or chat 4 times with no resolution. I am giving up if they don't show at our next scheduled time. It is at the side door of a residential building just off Hertel Avenue. Chris greats you at the door, asks you to put the computer on a little table in the hall way and gives you a receipt for the drop off. He told me it could be just dust in the fan or a defective fan. A day later I got a phone call and Judy, his assistant (may I call it that way?) told me the fan was failing. A new part was ordered and the computer would be fixed within a couple of days. Everything worked out fine, the part arrived soon and Chris replaced the old broken fan. 6 Days after dropping the laptop off, I got the call to come and pick it up.
