We hired Twin Spin Entertainment as they were one of the preferred vendors after viewing their work. DJ Twin Spin scheduled a consultation months before our wedding and was very transparent with what to expect. He guided us through the process, and recommended that we utilize DJ TN who works for Twin Spin Entertainment based on our taste in music and vibe we were aiming for. Although Young gave us the option to use the boss himself, we decided to go with his recommendation as we were fully confident with his team. We then had a few more consultations with DJ TN as he walked us through the timeline, music selection, and MC services. The website had a lot of forms to fill out which helped us stay organized for items such as music playlists, bridal party/family names, and special dances etc. DJ TN helped us navigate through our timeline and coordinated with our photographer, videographer, and day of coordinator to ensure everything was seamless and naturally transitioned throughout the event. He also gave us great suggestions on bridal entrance ideas, and how to open the dance floor without making it feel awkward. During the ceremony, he had us mic'd up and the amplified audio was perfect without having any issues. The reception was no different, with excellent audio quality while also MC'ing to keep guests attentive while we were whisked away for photos. During open dance, the combination of high quality speakers, LED uplighting, and music selection really kept everyone engaged and ended the night on a positive note. We were so pleased with how the AV went and credit DJ TN and Twin Spin Entertainment. read more

I had the pleasure of working alongside DJ Twin Spin for a wedding at Fort Mason, and they were absolutely fantastic. They brought so much energy to the room and did an amazing job keeping the entire event on schedule without ever making it feel forced. As a fellow vendor, it's always refreshing to work with a team that's professional, organized, and genuinely fun to be around. They really helped make the night feel seamless. Looking forward to working together again! read more

Twin Spin was so professional, well versed and had great packages. Young is a masterclass in being able to pair a great MC/DJ with your specific needs as well as who will work best for your specific crowd. My husband and I were happy from the jump. We were paired with DJ TN for our wedding and he was so professional, fun and kind. Dj TN did great with both our friends requests as well as keeping it fun for my parents/aunties and uncles. My parents were very happy and all my friends loved DJ TN. I would recommend him to anyone. His MC skills were amazing and his ability to read the crowd and have fun were great. I am truly so happy with DJ TN and Twin Spin ent. My husband and I cared a lot on guest experience and having a great DJ/MC was worth every penny. All my friends said our wedding was one of the funnest they had been to and part of that credit does go to TN. read more

Young Cho (DJ Twin Spin) is THE BEST DJ and EMCEE EVER! Hiring Young as your DJ was 100% worth it. He made my wedding fun, engaging, and just went above and beyond with his service. When I first reached out to him, I was so glad he gave me a call to thoroughly go through what I would get if I were to book him and he emphasized on quality. That was exactly what we received and it's something no one should skip out on for their wedding. Not to mention, I hired Young last minute (5 days before my wedding) as my original DJ bailed. This was such a blessing in disguise because out of all DJs I have experienced at other weddings, Young is by far the best. We also had an in-depth video call on how the day would go and pointed out all the things I wanted. He is organized, attentive, professional, and trustworthy. In my honest opinion, you don't have to look further for any other DJ if you want a memorable wedding night. Thank you Young! read more

Twin spin entertainment is the best! Young was a great MC and DJ, and his services are very professional and organized. We got the ceremony and reception package as well as our custom monogram. He played all the songs we wanted to hear, I only wish we had more time at the venue! Our venue was Casa Real, and he's a preferred vendor there. It's easy to see why! I first reached out and we scheduled a zoom consultation to see what we wanted for our services. Then he sent over pricing and information, and we paid the deposit. A few months later we got a link to add more information about our wedding, and then links to our Spotify playlists for prelude, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. Then about 3 weeks out he scheduled a final meeting to go over the details. We realized that our first dance song needed to be edited, so he did it quickly 3 days before the wedding! We really appreciated that. Fast forward to the day of, he was great! My guests loved his energy. I would definitely recommend him to everyone getting married or having a corporate event! read more

We got married at Casa Bella and due to the venue had limited options. We ended up booking Young to do our wedding due to his experience. He was great at responding to emails but when it came closer to the wedding, it wasn't as great of an experience. When it came to his final meeting, his portal didn't have exactly what we had going on and when we met with him he seemed to rush the call and respond with "yeah I know what you're talking about" and moved on when we tried to explain. It just felt like we were a box he needed to check off. Day of, when he arrived it almost seemed I was in his way. Like when I was doing photos and walking through the door, he was trying to get in, I didn't even get an excuse me or personable experience with him. Then day of, our officiant didn't have the best interaction with Young and his son (his son who was his assistant?). He approached our officiant claiming he had been looking all over for him and he was in the ceremony site the whole time. Then when it came to our ceremony, the music was sloppy. He didn't queue my (the brides) walk in correctly, I gave him the start time and it sounded like he started the music then jumped to the time. Way sloppy for a professional. Then, when it came to bridal party entrances, the music again was sloppy. Points weren't started where we asked, delay in music after announcing groups. We even had a few guests share they thought it was sloppy. Lastly, my bridesmaid had an extremely poor interaction. She requested a song saying it was my (the brides) favorite song and she shared Young was stand off ish and was like I'll see if I can with the vibe. WHO CARED ABOUT THE VIBE, ITS THE BRIDE AND GROOMS DAY! It took a second bridesmaid who had to CONVINCE him to play a song for the bride. This made me so mad to hear! You're in the service industry, my bridesmaids weren't jerks about it but he seemed to fight their requests. Overall, he was ok. Not a personable person despite being in the wedding industry. My husband is super into music and this was important. It sucks that the queues were delayed and we had guests that didn't have th best experience. You would think with the amount of money a dj and emcee cost, timing would be perfect, but nope we had issue after issue :( read more

My husband and I hired Twin Spin Entertainment to DJ and MC our wedding last month. We did not have the opportunity to work with Young, but we had DJ TN (Thien) who did a great job! The process is really organized. You reach out to them to inquire whether they have availability and then Young will match you with a DJ. You set up an appointment to meet your DJ to see if you feel like you are a match. They have a website with a client portal where you can fill in all sorts of details, which you will go over the week before your wedding. DJ TN helped us stay on track and made announcements to our guests as needed throughout the night. We felt like he understood our needs and he was really helpful during our planning process before the wedding as well. read more

I used DJ Twin Spin for two things: 1. Corporate party DJ 2. Creating a mix for my wedding. Corporate party: I was referred to DJ Twin Spin by a friend. My friend used him for his wedding and was speaking very highly of DJ Twin Spin, so I looked into what he was all about on his website. I reached out to DJ Twin Spin and was really surprised by how much was included in his fee: lighting, set-up, DJ, and being an MC. I thought everything was reasonably priced! On the day of the event, he came a few hours earlier to set-up. When the party started, he knew how to read the room, so he started off with vibey music and as the night went on, he played hard hitting music which everyone loved. I've received a lot of compliments about the DJ and we definitely would use him again. Wedding mix: I reached out to DJ Twin Spin asking him to make me a quick mix of 3 songs. He got it to me within two days and it was so perfect, that I didn't ask for any edits. It was easy and painless! I would highly recommend DJ Twin Spin! He's professional, a great guy, and prepared. read more

We decided to book Twin Spin as our DJ and for a Photobooth DJ 4.5/5 We recently had our wedding and decided to hire Twin Spin Entertainment, which came recommended by our venue. While the owner, Young, was already booked, he introduced us to James, one of his experienced DJs. Our initial meeting with James went smoothly, and we felt confident moving forward with him and Twin Spin. The booking process was straightforward and easily managed through their website's client portal. The client portal also had very thorough questions such as laying out the specific songs for our ceremony, grand entrance, and first dance, etc. The client portal was also how we communicated which songs were on our do-not-play list, ceremony, dinner, and dancing. James arrived early to have everything set up and by the time our ceremony rolled around everything and everyone was ready to go. James did a great job both as an MC and DJ. While there were a couple of minor hiccups with timeline and announcements, he handled them well, keeping the flow of the event smooth. Since we had a lot of our older Asian guests, the dance floor wasn't always packed, but we appreciated how James kept the energy up and mixed the music to appeal to everyone. The sound quality was great, and there were no major technical issues. All the microphones, speakers, and lights worked perfectly. Overall, we were very happy with Twin Spin and James, and we would definitely recommend them for any wedding or special event! Photobooth 4.5/5 We knew we wanted to have a photobooth in our August 2024 wedding as it's always a fun activity having attended previous weddings. Twin Spin offered this option along with their DJ services, and we selected them knowing that it would streamline and alleviate working with multiple vendors. We found their pricing reasonable after comparing other photobooth vendors. On the day of our wedding, the photobooth attendant came early to setup. She wrapped up early and our start and end time was 6-10pm which was a bit early than the original 6:30-10:30pm time. Overall the attendant was cordial and assisted our guests during use. There were slight miscommunications regarding meal and setup time, but otherwise our expectations were met. Twin Spin was able to explain and clarify this miscommunication and we provided feedback for communication for future clients. The photos turned out well, and we hope our guests took advantage of the service. The only feedback we received from our guests was that setup time was a bit slow, which we learned that it was the attendant's first time setting up. Our vendor had good communication and responded quickly regarding our photobooth selection and receiving the read more

If you need a DJ/MC for your wedding, Young is the man! He is such a fun and energetic person and he really knows how to get the crowd going. The dance floor was poppin' the whole night. The music transitions were so smooth, never awkward. His sound equipment were great him knowing the venue was a plus since we never even noticed the equipment through the night. Every speech was clear. I know that I am on the quiet side but the microphone he attached was able to pick up my voice. From the beginning of the vendor process, he was quick to communicate and always so thorough with any explanations. He was helpful when we needed to make changes on details (processional, entrances, performances, etc.) Young was extremely nice and accommodating and he always let us know if our request was possible but he would always have an alternative solution in mind. DJ Young was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend his services for your events. read more

We booked DJ Twin Spin, aka Young, to be our DJ & MC at our wedding reception in early October 2021 and it was a great hire! We were asking our venue and friends for recommendations because vendors for Fall 2021 were getting booked up super quickly. We had postponed our Fall 2020 celebration by a year but didn't start looking for DJ/MC vendors until Summer 2021. Young was recommended by a friend because he was on her shortlist of DJs for her own wedding a couple years ago. If you're ever unsure of who to book, ask around for recs! During our initial phone consultation, Young was very friendly and we got really good vibes from him. He also offered a lot of advice to make our reception run smoothly even though we didn't even book him yet, such as double-checking if our photographer had a second shooter to ensure that all aspects of our event were captured and giving some timeline suggestions for us. Young even sent over an invitation to watch him do some livestream DJing on his Twitch channel so we can get a sense of how he works. I thought this went above and beyond from vendors typically saying "look at my reviews" when you ask for references from past clients. Young didn't pressure us to book with him and let us have a soft hold on our date, and said he'd let us know if he got another inquiry for our date. Even though Young hasn't worked at our venue before, my husband and I felt good booking him. Later we found out that he's worked with our event coordinator before (we hired the coordinator after booking Young) so we were happy knowing that he's worked with at least one of our vendors before. He also offered a package deal with a photo booth vendor so we also booked that through him. Leading up to the event, Young connected us with the photo booth vendor to set up our custom background, layout, and captions. He also reviewed the timeline and floor plan we created with our coordinator. He double-checked our song lists to make sure he had the correct songs for the various events on our timeline. He even customized our first dance song to a shorter version so we wouldn't have to be up dancing for too long. On the day of the event Young and his staff showed up on time to set things up. Even though it was his first time at our venue (Los Altos History Museum), things seemed to be set up seamlessly and I didn't hear of any issues from our venue or coordinator. We only had to chat briefly at the beginning of our event with Young and our coordinator to figure out the final dance floor location (we thought we'd keep things outside for COVID safety but the outdoor decibel limit set by the City of Los Altos was pretty low for dancing, so we decided we were comfortable with having dancing indoors since all of our eligible guests were fully vaccinated. There weren't any major logistical challenges to overcome aside from where to put the speaker system). There was also a minor mix-up at the beginning with the order he introduced folks for speeches/toasts but that was corrected quickly with a funny joke so our guests couldn't really tell that something was off. He followed our timeline/notes pretty closely for the remainder of our event. Many of our guests said they loved Young's energy! He kept the crowds laughing and guided them to where they needed to be while sticking to our timeline (getting people to start sitting down at the beginning of dinner, getting people to gather for the cake cutting and watching our first dance, and moving people inside to the dance floor). Our guests also loved the photo booth and how there were unlimited prints and fun props to use. We already have some friends asking for DJ/MC/photo booth recommendations for their future weddings so we gave them our seal of approval for DJ Twin Spin! read more

DJ Twin Spin was fantastic to work with from start to finish. His communication was efficient both before and during the event, making the planning process smooth and seamless. On the day, he did an amazing job engaging the guests, keeping the energy high, and playing music that had the dance floor packed all night. As a planner, DJ Twin Spin is exactly what you need for your event--reliable, talented, and professional! read more

Young was an amazing DJ/emcee for our wedding on June 18th at Casa Bella! Our family and friends cannot stop talking about how fun the wedding was and how much they loved the DJ. The dance floor was packed all night because Young read the crowd so well. We also added the Photo Wall service which was a huge hit! Guests could send photos of the wedding and see them up on the screen throughout the night. The pictures were then shared with me a few days after the wedding which was so much fun to look through!! We had to postpone our wedding from 2020 to 2021 and Young made the process so easy for us! I am SO thankful he was still available on our new date. His communication was incredible leading up to the wedding which I really appreciate. The DJ portal really helped me plan and organize the wedding. He thinks of every detail and helped the night run smoothly! I will be recommending Twin Spin Entertainment to all my friends and family going forward! THANK YOU for making our wedding all we could have wished for!! read more

We had a great experience with DJ Twin Spin. He is super responsive and very organized to help us plan out the song choices for every special moment of the day. Young felt the vibe of the room and our guests danced the night away! Multiple guests told us they really enjoyed their experience with DJ Twin Spin! We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend DJ Twin Spin! Thank you, Young and your assistant for your hard work! read more

Where do I begin???? First off, sooooooooooooo sorry this is such a late review (my wedding was this past 8/8/19), but long story short, Young was GREAT! He understood the music and the mood that my husband and I wanted for our wedding and he NAILED IT! He knew how to engage the crowd which was very important to us. It was a bummer that the venue basically kicked us out an hour earlier than anticipated, but nonetheless he definitely made our wedding the fun wedding we wanted it to be. Totally reminded me of last call at the local lounge where they turn on the lights and force people to leave, lol. Thanks Young for helping me and my husband's big day be so successful! read more

We can't say enough incredible things about Young Cho, also known as DJ Twin Spin, and Twin Spin Entertainment. From the start to the very end, DJ Twin Spin made everything smooth with his prompt communication, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Every meeting was organized and we really liked the client portal to communicate with specific details and requests. As we all know, a DJ has a major role in the success of your wedding reception and in our case, our ceremony as well. DJ Twin Spin orchestrated the flow and the details of the entire itinerary in coordination with our wedding planner with such ease. Not to mention the amount of energy and interaction he engaged with our guests as our MC, truly remarkable. He was incredibly enthusiastic from the beginning to the the end. Twin Spin Entertainment also provided us with a custom monogram, photo booth, and photo wall. There were so many great options to choose from the monograms that you can't go wrong with any of them. The photo booth was the second highlight of the wedding reception (first highlight was obviously the bride and groom). My guests are still raving and ranting about how much they loved the photo booth and were able to take a little souvenir from the evening. You can take unlimited pictures and use props to your hearts content. I would also highly recommend the photo wall. You and your guests get to text any picture to the DJ to be displayed on the photo wall. Our guests posted pictures that included the wedding day but a good amount of past memorable moments were also posted. You can also text your song requests to the DJ. Talk about comprehensive services! Twin Spin Entertainment was affordable, professional, talented, and fun! They are a one-stop QUALITY provider for all of your DJ needs. We are definitely reaching out to them for future events. read more

Response Time: Same Day Response DJ Young Cho was such an amazing DJ and MC! Prior to wedding: He provided a website for us to fill in all of our information. This includes information on the day of schedule, what he needed to announce, a do not play list, and everything you could possibly think of. The music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception consists of a spotify play list that you create. The dancing music is a list of songs that you provide him (which he will mix live). All of the requirements are made clear on the website. He also reviewed the entire schedule and details of the wedding the week prior. He was also available the entire time prior to the wedding to answer all of my questions. It was so reassuring to get such a thorough and quick response. Day of: He came to the wedding venue a couple of hours to setup for the wedding. He also wore our wedding colors, which was so thoughtful! Ceremony: He set up the officiant and groom with mics for the ceremony (I was not mic'd up for the ceremony). I had a few concerns because I previously had a hard time hearing other brides at their weddings with this setup, but this definitely was not a problem with DJ Young! All 210 guests had no problem hearing the vows and were so impressed with the setup! Reception/Cocktail hour: DJ/MC Young did such an amazing job with informing the crowd of the next event during the entire night. He was very good at keeping with the schedule and was very accommodating when we wanted to switch a couple of things around. He was extremely engaging with the guests and very professional! Dancing: There was not a single moment were the dance floor was empty! The entire crowd danced the entire night! How the songs played, and how they mixed together was absolutely flawless! We never felt like there was an awkward bpm change, or weird songs that got thrown into the mix. We played Hip Hop at the wedding, and he somehow incorporated Elvis (per father of groom request) and made it work! DJ Young knows exactly what he's doing and how to keep the crowd hyped! There was no guessing or weird tactics to get people on the dance floor! Summary: I was so impressed with DJ Young during the entire process! He was so responsive and professional! He was so easy to work with and was part of the reason why our wedding went so smoothly! read more

Young was the DJ for our wedding in September 2019. I initially picked him because his prices were reasonable and he is one of the few DJs that actually posts videos of himself working at weddings. I felt much more comfortable picking someone who I could see in action rather than someone who didn't have a portfolio of work they could share. Young had a comprehensive online form to fill out to gather all the necessary information and then had a final planning meeting a few days before the wedding to go over everything. He also provided helpful suggestions on how the order of events should go on the wedding day. The day of the wedding, Young kept all of the reception events on track and most importantly, everyone had a lot of fun dancing to all the music that he mixed for us. I would definitely recommend Young if you're looking for a DJ for your wedding! read more

DJ Twin Spin and his crew really know what they're doing. When my wife and I were planning our wedding, the only thing we wanted was for it to be a party. Young and team did an excellent job at our wedding! He is highly experienced, and my husband and I always felt more at ease after our meetings. Both the MCing and DJing were top notch and he knew how to engage our guests and make sure everyone had a great time. Young was such an amazing and energetic DJ during our wedding. He was recommended to us by a friend who also used him for his wedding. Once we reached out to Young and let him know that our wedding was at the Palm Event Center in Pleasanton, he let us know that he's done plenty of weddings there and was already familiar with our venue, which was even better! Prior to the wedding, Young had asked us to put together a few playlists so that he could get a sense of our music style. During the processional and cocktail hour, Young played the music from our playlists, but once we got to the dance portion of the night, he started to cater to crowd. He took music requests all night and played songs he knew would keep the dance floor packed. The dance floor was completely filled the entire night and everyone had such an awesome time dancing! Young was also super entertaining as an emcee. He had everyone stand up and twirl their napkins as we walked out during our grand entrance. He made sure to also incorporate the bouquet and garter toss, which our guests had a ton of fun doing. I would highly recommend Young as a DJ and emcee :) read more

Need a DJ? Need a MC? Twin Spin Entertainment is the perfect pick! We met Young at one of our friend's wedding and knew we needed to have him for our own wedding. Young was professional yet friendly and you could tell he knows what he's doing. He was able to control the crowd and let them know what was happening (i.e. food is being served, bouquet toss, open bar, etc.). We had a couple of meetings before the wedding just to make sure we were on the same page. The client portal is very easy to use and enables us to add our own Spotify playlists for different parts of the wedding (i.e. first dance, cocktail hour, dancing playlist, etc.). We had a blast and my dad did too (he danced THE WHOLE NIGHT!) Thank you so much, Young (and son)! read more

Everyone loved the music at our wedding and there was a lot more dancing than we expected for a small party! Young was a known quantity from two prior events and so choosing Twin Spin Entertainment was a no-brainer. He was easy to communicate with, set a clear timeline and expectations and was very easy to work with. He also worked well with our planner and additional musicians, providing back up during our ceremony as well. Beyond the planning, the event itself was great! Young was both an awesome MC and DJ. He was present and engaging when he had to be and let the music speak for itself. He managed rowdy kids and adults with a variety of requests, expertly navigated many music genres, and really gave us a special evening to remember. We were only disappointed that the music had to stop and the dancing had to end. Thanks Young!! read more

Could not have asked for a better and more affordable DJ service for our wedding. Young and his team stuck through two COVID-related wedding delays, and remained down-to-earth, practical, and reliable the entire time. His communication was prompt and responsive, and Young was flexible to the last-minute nature of our planning process. We love to dance and party, and Young led the way to an amazing and unforgettable night. His style of DJ-ing absolutely lit up the room, and the wedding would not have been the same without him. From the get go, Young was thoughtful and thorough in all his communication. It was part of the reason why we decided to go with him instead of some of the others we had been looking into. He was super familiar with our venue which was a huge plus because it required numerous locations, including an outdoor and indoor set up. He was the perfect mix of someone who could keep the energy up, but also fade into the background when the spotlight was on our guests and ceremony. He was super flexible with our last minute requests for our ceremony music, and also got rave reviews from our guests, who enjoyed his mix of oldies and current music. Definitely reach out to him for your next big event! read more

Young saved our wedding and we cannot thank him enough. About 10 minutes before our ceremony was supposed to start, I found out that our original DJ got his dates mixed up and was a no-show. When trying to think of alternatives, our photographer recommended Young, who happened to be free the evening of our wedding and showed up within an hour or so of us contacting him. Without any preparation and simply using a form we used for my previous DJ, he was the perfect emcee and DJ. We had so many details set out for our original DJ, and Young did a great job in keeping with our music preferences and having all of the music we wanted for our specialty dances. It is clear he has a lot of experience with weddings, and we feel so fortunate that he was free the evening of our wedding. We hired Young as the DJ and MC for our wedding and he was absolutely amazing! Everything that he used, from the sound equipment, to the uplighting were top-notch. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!! Young is so fun and knows how to get the crowd hyped! Our dance floor was occupied the entire night! Young is super easy to work with. Given our busy schedule, my husband and I didn't get a chance to work on the song selections until a few days before the wedding. We also decided to make a bunch of changes at the end but Young was extremely nice and accommodating. Young and his assistant also came really early on the wedding day to set up and make sure that all 3 sound systems are working perfectly! The music and transition between each reception event was smooth and flawless. My highlight of the night was definitely the bridal party entrance when Young got everyone to stand up and wave their napkins. I have never seen a wedding crowd so engaging and it would not have happened without Young and his charm! Young, you are a natural. Thank you so much for making our wedding so memorable. Young is as good as it gets! Music is everything to my husband and I and when Young DJ'd our friend's wedding and had everyone tearing up the dance floor, we knew had to have him for our wedding as well. We inquired with other DJs just to explore our options but we kept coming back to Young. He stood out for being extremely friendly and responsive. Young doesn't just push play, he is a true and authentic DJ. He knows how to read a crowd and seamlessly mix songs that'll get everybody hyped! Leading up the wedding, Young was super responsive and extremely easy to work with. He made multiple edits of songs for our processional and first dance. We were picky about how the edits were to be made but Young knew exactly was he was doing and returned seamless edits with quick turnaround time. We had several conference calls prior to the wedding he made suggestions for our timeline, ensured we had the appropriate equipment for all portions of the wedding, and covered all bases and details. Once you work with Young, you will see for yourself how thorough he is in all of his planning. It was such a relief to know that we were in good hands. Young and his assistant were amazing the day of the wedding. The execution of everything and transitioning from ceremony and reception was flawless. He is a complete natural at what he does and knows how to keep the party going. Young is an all-around fun guy, a professional through and through, and I will never stop recommending him to anyone who is looking for a DJ. Young. IS. IT!! read more

We hired DJ Twin Spin to DJ on Twitter's float at the Pride Parade. He was recommended to me by a co-worker Shiraz (who also wrote a review here). DJ Twin Spin was AMAZING and all of us were extremely happy! He took care of everything. He came to the parade with a generator and speakers, and set everything up on the float. He also suggested adding smoke machines (which he totally did and it make an awesome ambiance). The parade took forever, and out 300 marchers had to wait around 2 hours before we started to march. Twin Spin kept the music going, entertaining everyone and I felt like we were at a dance party while in the parade holding area. People from all the other floats were joining us to be next to the music! Twin Spin Entertainment was one of the best decisions of our wedding! From the get go Young was extremely helpful and professional. He took care of our sound during our rooftop ceremony (which was heard loud and clear for everyone) and music for the reception. Those pics came out great and the wedding had so much fun taking them. Plus, Young sent us them via email so now we get to enjoy those forever! I came across Young on theknot.com. My husband and I were looking for a DJ who was outgoing, fun and easy to work with. The first conference call we had with him we hit it off immediately and we felt very comfortable with him. He was very professional and had a lot of experience in the business. Young would check with us from time to time through emails or phone chats and made sure to answer any questions or concerns we had. Day of the wedding, everything worked out perfectly. Our guests complimented how fun our wedding was and the dance floor was filled throughout the night. I like how Young played music we wanted and went by the list we gave him. He goes with the flow of what the crowd likes. It was a pleasure working with him and have been recommending him to various friends who have been getting married. read more

Young was our DJ and MC last weekend for our wedding! We interviewed 4-5 DJs and Young was by far our top pick. He is super professional, friendly, and accommodating. He also recommended lighting and photobooth services that we used, which made it easier to work through one vendor rather than 3. We really noticed that Young took the extra care and effort to make sure our wedding was up to his high standards because he is a perfectionist, but in the best way possible! For instance, things don't go perfectly and there was an electrical issue that caused half of our string lights to not work. I have full confidence that Young did everything in his power to fix it, and when nothing could be done, he issued us a full refund for the lighting. He also is a quick thinker and used extra uplights from his truck to light the trees and some bushes when the sun set. He truly is a person who believes in standing behind his product and service. Young has been doing this a long time and definitely knows what he is doing. He has a DJ portal which made the planning very seamless and easy, where we can upload our spotify playlists. He was a great MC and made sure the guests knew what was happening next. I was especially impressed with his DJ skills and he was able to play some of our must play list even though we were running behind schedule due to pictures. I wish we had more time to dance because Young definitely made us all want to keep the party going! Almost all of our friends were out on the dance floor. He did such an awesome job and we all had so much fun!!!! All of our guests said our wedding was a blast! read more

If yelp allowed more stars, Young would get them! Young was recommended to us by my husband's friend who was a guest at a wedding that Young DJ'ed. Literally within minutes of meeting him, we knew he was hired. Young is the only DJ we even met to do our wedding. What I really appreciated was his response time to emails, which was consistently within the day (probably more like within 3 hrs). Since he has many years of experience, he even assisted us with our timeline to ensure the flow of the nights events went smoothly. Throughout the night he or his assistant kept us on schedule as best as possible, stayed aware of guests likes, and created a wonderful ambience. Outside of a very short list of songs we wanted played (more to give him an idea of our music style), we gave him full reign.... And he delivered! There were many compliments after the wedding in regards to him. We wanted our guests to have the time of their lives and the music component played a huge role. Young is incredibly easy to work with from beginning to end and we are taking every opportunity to recommend him to any of our friends needing a DJ.... He will not disappoint! read more

Young was both the DJ and emcee for our wedding and he was nothing short of amazing! He was prompt and had everything he needed set up on time. His interactions with our family and friends had everyone having so much fun. And his music choices were right on par with everything we had discussed with him leading up to the event. He was even able to calm me down a bit and make me feel comfortable right before the ceremony which says a lot about his professionalism and character. You can't go wrong hiring Young for any event! read more
