Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message. It is unprofessional to essentially ghost possible clients. Because we reached out so many times, I am shocked to hear you don't have anything on file on your end.

They also let us provide a box of our own props in addition to theirs (we are theater geeks and asked to do this), which turned out spectacularly. He also gave us great suggestions on bridal entrance ideas, and how to open the dance floor without making it feel awkward.
