This is without a doubt the most significant review I've ever left for a local business. After a…read morecar accident, my insurance referred me to Lobalbo's business for repairs. As a first time customer I was reliant on the advice of my insurer to lead me into the trusting hands of the seldom found honest auto repair specialist. Well, I finally found one: Lobalbo Brothers in Stamford. I walked in with a humble vehicle that needed a little attention and walked out with a million dollar roadster (or at least I think so) at no extra cost to me. These gentlemen went out of their way numerous times, during the one week stay that my car was in their care, to assure that I would be wowed. And I was!!! I asked for absolutely nothing and they gave me everything!! Lobalbo Brothers deserve your attention and your car deserves theirs. I am extremely happy for their thoughtful and kind services and for their generosity towards my car. This company is a family-owned treasure trove and we have got to support them so they never go away. And please know that I left this review because I wanted to and not because anyone asked or paid me to. If you take your car elsewhere and they do you wrong, bring it to Lobalbo's and you'll be happy you did. Thank u again B. Roman

I recently brought my Audi Q5 to Pray Body Shop in Stamford, CT to repair damage around the…read morepassenger-side front wheel well, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I originally chose Pray because they are a certified German auto body repair shop with experience working on Audi, but when I got there, I also noticed they were certified for other German manufacturers as well as Tesla and Rivian. That immediately gave me confidence that they know how to handle higher-end vehicles the right way. The customer service was also outstanding. They were kind enough to drive me to Enterprise to pick up my rental car, and they even told me that next time, with a little more notice, they could have the rental ready for me directly at the shop. When I picked up my Audi, I simply left the rental car with them, and they handled getting it back to Enterprise. It made the entire repair process feel smooth and completely frictionless. The repair quality was top notch. It took about two weeks total for them to get the parts and complete the repair, and throughout the process, I felt like they were truly on my side. They explained that they would keep an eye on whether insurance was using OEM parts versus aftermarket parts, and if anything came in that did not meet their quality standards, they would send it back. That level of care and advocacy makes a huge difference. The finished result was incredible. My Audi came back looking exactly how it should -- clean, precise, and professionally repaired. If you're looking for Audi body repair in Stamford, German car collision repair, OEM-quality auto body work, or a certified shop for luxury vehicles, Tesla, Rivian, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, or Audi, I highly recommend Pray Body Shop. Great service, excellent communication, and high-quality work.

Now in 2026, they are still there and among others, the only Tesla-recommended autobody in the area. You can bring any car make/model for autobody work but if you own a Tesla that needs autobody work, it's recommended to bring it here, so that's what we did. Got hit on the Merritt Parkway Mother's Day night by a 3rd party livery driver who didn't stop at the stop sign (exit 3 Round Hill Rd entrance ramp) and hit the rear pax tire area with slight damage to rear wheel, fender flare and wheel cover. Oscar was our service advisor who was very pleasant and did a nice job working with the other driver's insurance company. The shop did a beautiful job restoring the damaged area and they also did some very minor paint chip touch ups (from previous wear and tear) and knew to put the car in "Service Mode" while there. When ready for pickup, the car was completely cleaned and detailed (including interior) and had not seen the car look this good since purchasing in 2023. For Tesla owners, don't hesitate to bring your car here.

When I called AAA to take my car to my preferred mechanic I was told their office would be closing in a half hour and it had nothing to do with my car, AAA was not coming onto their private property outside of business hours, even if I paid for my car to be released. This was on a Friday and I was NOT going to pay to have my car left there over the weekend. They said I could have my car moved out to the street if I wanted to have it back if I paid them for the invoice. It was moved, of course nobody told me it had been done and my keys were left in the ignition for anyone to easily steal. Then they were closed and I was told to vacate the entire premises, I could not sit on a bench or anything and simply rejoined my car. I received no empathy, no sympathy, and no respect. I felt like i was a burden and nuisance. I have never been treated this poorly by a body shop, AAA came and took me home to a business I am far more pleased with the treatment I received.
