Keep in mind, this is a Sports Bar, so it will be LOUD in there! This is why we left. Now that we know what kind of place it is, we will not be back. We went after the big lunch crowd so there were not many people in the place. The music was so loud that we could not carry a conversation with out yelling and we are not ones to share our conversations with others who are not at our table. The waitress brought our tea to us and we had asked if there was a chance that the music could be turned down a bit. She asked, but that is as far as it went. We decided then that we would leave. We offered to pay for the tea but was told it was not necessary, so KUDOs to the cute waitress for the drinks. So if loud sports bars are your thing, then this may be worth a look. If you like it a bit more quiet, then seek another establishment. read more

Don't bother going if you don't have a man with you, apparently. I went with my girlfriend last night, we've been to other locations, but never to this one, and we like the food, plus we wanted to watch the Bears/Saints game. However, after we were seated we sat for 30 full minutes without a waitress even looking in our direction. Meanwhile, they went to other tables around us, multiple times, and two men who had come in after us got served, while we were still waiting for someone to even bring us a menu. So, we left, and walked right past the two waitresses serving our area who didn't even bother to look at us or care that we were leaving. I can think of no other reason why we experienced such awful and careless service other than the fact that we were two women, since everyone around us was getting served. read more

I'll admit, I shied away from Twin Peaks after a downturn about a year ago, and I only returned after some prodding by one of my buddies. Here's what I found on my return: - An amazing staff that really cares about creating a great experience for all - A kitchen that absolutely rocks! - A bar that delivers, even on a really busy night - A great manager, "K.C." from OKC, who is really making a difference. I loved that she checked-in with every table in the place - Seeing a great team play with multiple servers making certain orders were delivered with a smile. I was really glad to find that Twin Peaks was open for business. Had Out of town Family, in town, looking for a meal! Two problems arose. One MAJOR! The state of Arkansas requires a mask when social distancing. Every single waitress we encountered, unmasked themselves when they approached our table, to speak with us. And, then would walk the floor with their noses exposed. They did cover both mouth & nose at their cash register. More SENSITIVE training should be provided & required! Second, they were out Guiness Draught?! How does that happen when restaurants are open at below max capacity? Last visit back in Nov/Dec was the same! Canned Guinness ONLY! I haven't given in, YET! BUT I'M SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING IT! Management needs to pay attention, whether they personally agree or disagree! Ultimately, the h Health Dept can decide whether to shut them down, or not. Will see. The waitress was a bit focused on the table near by than ours and a couple other tables as those guys weren't really talking to her about food/menu at all. I noticed numerous flavored vodkas. Also many beer liquor drinks advertised on TV. Atmosphere-lots and lots of eye candy so if you don't appreciate cute girls in skimpy outfits with the twins hanging out, don't go. Was very loud so talking difficult. Patio: lots of outdoor seating. Face it. Your simple ass isn't coming here for the great food. Or the lattes. Chances are that if you made the turn into one of these joints, you need a cold beer and to stare at some ta-tas. If that's your program, hot damn, hoss, this is the place for you! The beer is cold, colder than a mofo actually. And they have a decent selection of both their own and national brands. All served by girls so young you'll want to check THEIR id's. The service is good at the bar, but drops off dramatically at the tables. It's almost as if they think the "views" will make you forget the mediocre service. The food is quite mediocre as well. The cheese steak sammy is the best thing I've tried, and it was just ok. The pot roast is awful, which is interesting as they seem to pitch it pretty hard. Stick with the simple bar food. To summarize: sit at the bar, drink cold beer, and ogle your heart out. Great food, excellent service! Loved the decor, very homey feeling, not pretentious. Awesome atmosphere. Even though the wait staff is scantily clad, I would still take a family there. All of the waitresses seemed very nice and friendly but our waitress, Alyssa, was awesome. Would come over just to chat and took the time to get to know us. It was more of a late night bar menu vs a restaurant. 98% of the customers were guys and the 2% were women who got dragged there. You know where you're going and why your guy wants to go... It's def not the food. The waitress was nice, didn't catch her name. There were four of us and we were seated at a table for 12... And the restaurant wasn't busy so that was weird. The most recent, we waited a full thirty minutes after being seated by the hostess and no wait staff approached us. Walked in to no one at the front door, stood around for 5 minutes with no one noticing. I sat myself down at the bar. 4 different waitresses walked passed me and never asked me if I needed anything. I sat around for at least 15 minutes before a girl asked me if I've been helped. Didn't really feel very good being there, the waitresses that came around, didn't really talk much. It was about 3-4pm so it definitely wasn't busy at all. The blackened chicken strips was OK, but was scalding hot, and I never was able to get any silverware. A tall blonde girl came around, seemed to be p**sed off, was slamming things on the bar, didn't talk to anybody. All that little drama aside, the bar was sticky and it smelled terrible. I was surprised by the great customer service (always someone there delivering food or filling a cold drink) fun decor and very clean. My burger and the boneless wings we ordered were tasty :) good music and lots of TV's for Saturday afternoon sports. Good selection of drafts. And yes, the servers are in very skimpy dress and that did feel a bit creepy. However there were customers of all ages and demographics (kids, adults, conservative, men, women, etc) so I just tried to ignore it- maybe you just get used to it? Lol! read more

To start things off I just wanna clarify me and my friends all work in a restaurant as servers so we can understand when things get stressful. However, when my server is continueing to be attentive to every table around us and had yet to greet us for 10 minutes it's a bit frustrating; and yet after that we still have her the benefit of the doubt until our appetizer came out and another 20 minutes went by till our food came. My food taking a bit of time is no big deal but when my server does not come to the table except for when she greeted and when she brought the appetizer when am I supposed to remind her I was never brought a drink. One friend was over 21 and his bar drink came and was finished before we could find her again. The food was very good but I didn't even get a drink refill until I was about to pay then my straw was dirty. She then proceeded to say the card wouldn't run which is fine but you use the same POS system that we do and when I know you just don't want a manger swipe to enter my card and try to tell me that you can't enter the card number you've reached my line. The manager Michael was very polite and was honestly the only part of my experience that was positive outside of my food. read more

First time here at Twin Peaks. Unfortunately the experience seemed a bit rushed, and the inexperienced waitress seemed stressed. She was very kind, but definitely could have used some more training. We ordered two appetizers, and received them at the same time as our entree. I ordered the 13 oz ribeye, and it was good but definitely not worth $24.99 price point. I found grizzle in the steak, and it was a thin cut. My asparagus was served cold, and the replacement they brought me was yellow and aged. My daughters also complained about their cheeseburgers saying they was greasy, and that the bun was dry. They also commented that the fries was to salty. All in all the people was friendly, and our server was very apologetic. She was sweet and made a mistake, and being new I understand and blame the restaurant for inadequate training. read more

Website said they closed at 1, but they apparently changed their hours. They close at Midnight now. My friend and I got there around 11:20 or so. They sat us and by the time I tried to order a drink they had already done last call. It was no big deal. What irritated me most was when the server came back to get our food order around 11:40 she said we HAD to get it To Go. The kitchen just had too many orders for us to be able to have our meal at the restaurant. There were a few other tables around us that were not told the same thing. This review is based on the bar service only, I didn't order any food. Met up with a friend last night for some drinks and sat at the bar. They checked my id and took my debit card for my tab. Standard procedure, cool. My friend, on the other hand, chose to pay cash for each round. At the end of the night, I checked my tab and it was correct. For some reason my friend also had a tab sitting in front of him. He got up thinking he was good to go. I grabbed his tab and looked at it and it was the exact same tab as mine, even had my name on it. When I asked one of the bartenders that he was paying cash all night why did he have a tab? According to her he didn't pay for two beers? Ok so, if he didn't have a card on file why was he even served two beers without any kind of payment? As far as the atmosphere, it's brand new so it's nice. There was an Arkansas game last night so there were large groups of people hanging out. Two guys next to us bought us a couple shots and my friend returned the favor with a few rounds of shots. Shots were mediocre. Think about it, these girls aren't paid to know drink recipes. The one shot that tasted right was the chilled Patron. Stick with beer. I don't live in the area so I probably won't be coming back to this location anytime soon. Felt sorry for my friend because he was double charged for his beers and he's been a regular since they opened. Watch your bar tabs and if you pay cash, make sure they don't try to stick a tab in the little glass in front of you. read more

Today, I went with my brother to eat and watch some sport event. We order two beers. The waitres bring to us glass of water but not the beer. I think she forgot to ring the ticket but that's ok. It happen to everyone right.. Then, we order buffalo wings and a burger. The buffalo wings were excellent with the right amount of sauce and crispy. I order a hamburger with all the topings except the onions. I received instead a great burger with no lettuce or tomato. The french fries were undercooked. The sad part she came over the table after 10 minutes to check how things with the food. I told her can you get me some ketchup. I thought the condiments should be standard with an order of burger. The Location is great and the facility are outstanding clean but the sequence of service may need some adjustment. read more

Went there for lunch today... Food was passable...Server said the "hangover burger" was the best burger she ever had. Obviously she doesn't get out much. Don't get me wrong; it was an o.k. burger, but it lost many points for obviously being a frozen patty and not fresh. The "fire fries" were o.k. too. But, for the price, I have had better burger and fries at Red Robin. The service was very good, and the server earned her tip. She was attentive to my needs, kept refilling my drink without asking, and waited to bring my check until I was done reading my paper. As for the "view" that Twin Peaks is famous for, I didn't see all of the tattooed women that the other reviews mentioned. The waitresses I did see were very attractive young ladies who definitely fit the model that Twin Peaks is looking for. However, judging by what I saw, I wonder if belly button piercings are a required part of the uniform. There were a few too many of those for my taste. It is definitely a "guys" place, though I do see a few women. I can't see bringing a family here unless the children are definitely teenage or older, as there is no kid's menu (not that I expected there to be one). I did like the numerous TVs, especially the TVs in each booth. I could see coming here for a sporting event, though the lack of a larger menu would hurt my chances. Overall, 3 stars. I will probably be back to try the other menu items, however the burgers, not so much. read more

Well, after a great experience in a Twin Peaks in Dallas, I decided to come back to my local one. I should have read my first review again... I hate to say it but the service has not improved since my last review. After sitting for 10-12 minutes at my table I had to go to the bar to order a beer. I really need to quit wearing my invisible shirts!...the bartender wouldn't just let me pay for it and said my waitress would bring it. After a couple minutes a waitress showed up with my beer then helped another table that had just sat down. When she finally came back to the table she actually told me I shouldn't be frustrated with the lack of service. Once again the chicken tenders were cold in the middle so I ate the other items. Me and my boyfriend visited today for our first time and Sydney was just the best! We strolled in randomly for a drink, not knowing what we wanted to drink or to eat and left there more than satisfied! Sydney was the cutest sweetest server, she took amazing care of us. She was lively, informative and patient when we couldn't make up our mind. The wings were killer and the fun vibe and atmosphere was awesome. My family had a nice, accommodating time here this afternoon. I ran in to see if we could sit on the patio with our dog. Great news, we could. We were exhausted from hiking around the grounds of Crystal Bridges all morning, then shopping the Cabela's next door. I was re-energized sitting on the Twin Peaks patio with the breeze and shade. Dominique was very attentive, and welcoming. We were able to order meals and be served quickly. They have a nice kids menu. We were in and out of there pretty fast so we could get back on the road. We has so much fun at Twin Peaks in Rogers, AR. The service was great, the food was delicious, and the drinks hit the spot. What differentiates Twin Peaks from other restaurants in the area is the experience. Our server, Haley, really made us feel special and made sure we had a great time.
