Natalie was incredible! She was attentive and personable with our group. We will come back.

Came here to celebrate a birthday. Nothing was really done which was fine. We liked the variety of food on the menu and there was no wait. Not pictured was the sampler which was perfect for 4-5 people. The salmon ordered they loved. The meatballs were tried by 2 different people and they said they were too spicy so if you don't like too spicy don't order them (menu does have them under spicy). The fish tacos were average-definitely had better. The flat bread pizza was more like thin crust pizza and it tasted weird. We brought food home for my dad and his word was it was "nasty" and he isn't a picky eater. The price wasn't too bad but the service was slow. Also, if you get water ask for lemon or something because even that tasted nasty. I wouldn't go back and this place is definitely a downgrade from the Claim Jumper that used to be here. read more

Twin Peaks - New American Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

The absolute best place to get wings! They prepare them multiple ways. Grilled and smoked is my favorite. They also have multiple sauces to get with them. The best ‍ read more

Twin Peaks is a huge sports bar. The building it's in used to be a Claim Jumper restaurant which was awful, so it's definitely an improvement over that. The ambience is kind of like a cross between Hooters and the Tilted Kilt. Scantily clad young women are the servers who greet you with a smile and come back tou your table frequently to make sure everything is ok. I had a meatball sub and my friend had chicken street tacos. Both entrees were ok. Not spectacular, but I wasn't expecting them to be. The restaurant is decorated with stuffed, dead animals. A huge standing bear greets you at the door and several animal heads adorn the wall. There is a Twin Peaks ad that runs on the TVs in between sports shows with employees posing suggestively and jumping around. If you're into that sort of stuff then this is the place for you.. I'm a bit out of by exploitation of dead animals and young women, but if that's your thing, this is your place. Someone's sunk some money into the place and it shows. I'm giving it 4 stars simply because of the dubious theme for the year 2023. read more

My husband and I just tried this place for the first time tonight and had an awesome time. He had the sirloin and I got the steak salad. The steaks were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The beer was perfect. You have to try the bacon appetizer, I gotta try it at home it was delicious! read more

Lexi and Kyleigh are the best best service and good food! 10/10 would recommend the loaded fries. read more

I took my grandkids for dinner and it was one of the worst dinner experiences I've ever had. We waited over an hour before the server took our order. Then almost another hour to receive our food. I ordered wings and got the wrong flavor which they tried to say was the flavor I ordered. We also ordered a Chicken Caesar salad that tasted old. Needless to say I will never ever come here again! read more

I'd stay away from this location for awhile until they work out issues, servers are rude. Staff is clueless and management is inconsistent. I have tried it 3 times because I love the Scottsdale location but I'll keep going to Scottsdale for the foreseeable future. Food was not as good as Scottsdale or Glendale. The comment from the franchise owner was pure lip service, I called and left her a voicemail and no return call. read more

Slow service and food. They don't have menu's you have to scan the qr code. Food is not great. Had fish tacos and the salsa they gave was hot to me, asked for mild and no options for the salsa. It was a one and done restaurant for me. read more

Ambiance was light and fun and our waitress was pleasant. Food was so-so compared to other locations we have been too. Ribs were burnt and sandwich bread tasted like it sat in the toaster overnight; however, the burger was great and the kids loved the Mac-n-cheese. At times the waitress seemed preoccupied on the other side of the restaurant as we had empty drinks several times throughout our visit. Most of our entrees came out the first round but unfortunately a couple of them didn't hit our table until the rest of the group was just about done eating their meals. Normally salads are out right after the appetizer right? Not this time...they came out last just after the late entrees. Overall, after spending just under $300 I think we will make the drive across town for a better experience. read more

This was our first time trying it. Was able to be sat right away. We requested a booth. Each booth has its own tv to watch a game and you also have tvs at the bar. The beer is so cold and yummy! Having to come with very picky eaters, the food was really good. The only thing that we disapproved of was the fries that came with our meals. Seemed like they were stale. But didn't ruin our experience. Our server was very sweet and attentive to our needs. Would definitely come back! read more

Waitress was no where to be seen for 20 minutes after being seated. Food was sub standard and small portions. left a 20% tip. Later find the tip was somehow increased to 41%. Odd way to run a Waitress was no where to be seen for like 20 minutes after being seated. read more

Don't you dare call your lobster roll a lobster roll. It is fake white fish imitation crab salad that I paid $22 for. This was infuriating and very misleading. The queso dip and chips were good, so I gave you 3 stars. I rarely ever leave anything less that 5 stars, because I know how much it can affect a business. But it wasn't like it was an off day and the food wasn't up to par. It was completely misleading and extremely over priced for imitation crab meat. read more

Spent almost $60 on drinks and didn't feel a thing. If I do ever go here again I'll stick to beer.

Great service. Jeannie was my server. Amazing. Food and drinks came out on time. Girls looked great

good service food is ok fried pickles here are my favorite, but they tend to be pretty busy

A pretty typical twin peaks. It wasn't anything to write home about. Hot girls, cold drinks and general bar food. The mozzarella balls were plentiful and street tacos were made well. No complaints, just nothing crazy spectacular. Food was super cheap as well which was surprising. Clean place as well. A solid spot to watch any sporting event. read more

Food was just ok, what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Service was good just don't think I would go back.

Ordered three bq beef sandwiches to-go on Valentine's Day and got three hamburgers instead. I disappointed my dates for the evening. When I called, I was told they don't carry that anymore. I wish I was told that on the phone. She did mention brisket and that's what we wanted, not a hamburger. read more

I have gone to so many other locations and never been treated the way that I was treated at this location. Nothing was wrong with the servers they were good. The management is awful. The manager with the black hair treated me like garbage. I saw her sitting down with a customer the whole time neglecting everyone else. If I could leave no stars I would. Literally go anywhere else. read more

Usual T and A restaurant food. Mediocre. Waitress wasn't enthusiastic. Part of her was perky which lent to the ambiance. A solid 3. Probably better with a few friends and several beers. read more

We live in Ahwatukee and we met my brother and his wife at this location. Our waitress was the Absolute best and her name is Nettie. Great service and was beyond nice to us. She honestly went out of her way to make us happy. The food was great but she made the experience even better. The only problem we had is that you order from the waitress but somebody else brings the food. They didn't seem to have enough help. We sat outside on the patio. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Nettie! Kat and Frank read more

Worst SERVICE EVER.. manager joe is lazy doesn't do his job and blames his staff while he sits on his phone flirts with tables, and bar staff when nothing gets done. We got sat right away.. waited over 15mins to get helped had to flag to a waitress, no manager nothing.. and still had a food orders wrong water not refilled had to ask for a manager.. I had to walk up to him and ask him while he ignored me walked away and walked to the table where I was sitting.. Never go to this twin peaks and makes me never want to go to another even though I'm a regular else where.. to be honest this could've all been avoid if Joe the manager was doing his job not on his phone and flirting. He shouldn't be a manager or even a bus boy he is a lazy CHILD who thinks comping a meal and coupons will make it better - maybe if you did your job you wouldn't have a problem.. He admitted, I'm always on floor.. yea flirting texting on your phone etc.. NOT WORKING OBVIOUSLY..Proof in pictures & videos below. Manager Joe isn't a good move for twin peaks - makes me never want to go to ANY TWIN PEAKS.. Very bad impression for the new location read more

Take your Customer Appreciation Special and shove it . I will never step foot in another Twin Peaks. No service standards. No manager coaching. I have been in Deer Valley 10 times and I give up. read more

The hostess greeting was great, concise, cheerful and pleasant. *** Nettie*** our server was fantastic (5 stars) and offered food suggestions when asked for her opinion. Hubs ordered a beer and while that took a while to arrive - Nettie did stop by our table to let us know there was a delay but it would be arriving shortly. We ordered triple tacos - wonderful. Chili, soup and steamed broccoli were all decent. My meatball sub was fantastic- gently spicy and I switched out regular fries for sweet potato fries- yum. The decor is... rustic and some seems to be leftover gems from the old claim jumper that was here. It was a bit noisy inside but it was Saturday and all the screens were pushing sports sooooo it was to be expected honestly. My tip is - bring a sweatah it's cold in dere... brrrrrr Sorry I was too hungry once the food arrived and I didn't take food pics! My only meh things (very minor IMO) - I do prefer actual menus versus the QRCode thing - my phone was on 2% battery so it was a race to choose food - and being 5 foot and a smidgen inches - those high top tables are uncomfortable. All that said, we will be back and will be asking to be seated in Nettie's section. read more

First time at this location for us. Nice rustic cabin vibe except for the loud music. That could be turned down so you can have and hear the conversation with your date. Food was good. We had the Peaks sampler, Smokestack burger and the Philly Cheese Steak both came with fries. Service was good and our waitress was attentive. However when we paid; our waitress Tatyanna didn't give us a copy of our receipt nor did she give me my 10% first resonder discount. She also kept (pocketed) 93¢ of my change. She did bring us a copy of our receipt when asked and then disappeared. We called and talked to the manager and explained the situation. He was willing to rectify the issue and speak with Tatyanna. Unfortunately she stole her tip and missed out on a better one. Theft is theft no matter how much you take. Very disappointed with our waitresses lack of integrity that's why I didn't give 5 stars. read more

First time visit and it will be our last. Way too loud, slooow service and when we finally got our food it was cold. The server was inattentive and it seemed like she was just going through the motions. The restaurant was not busy at all. One in our party tried to order something straight from the menu but the server said it sounded good but it wasn't on the menu. Impossible burger was good but not hot. I guess it sat under the heat lamp but that wasn't effective. Other persona's salmon was good but potatoes were cold. Overall a real disappointment read more

Horrible. Walked in on a quiet Monday night. Sat down at the bar which was about half full with four or five bartenders milling about aimlessly. I wasn't even acknowledged, never mind offered a drink or a menu. Sat there for 8 minutes and finally walked out in disgust. Never again. read more
