I stopped by twin peaks last night for dinner. The girls were friendly and seated us at a booth. The waitress checked on us quite a bit which was fine for me. The atmosphere was lively and I decided to enjoy a margarita for the occasion. The margaritas are okay but could use more alcohol. It almost seemed like there wasn't any in it. I heard great things about the billionaires bacon burger so I wanted to give it a try. It was pretty amazing. They did not skimp on the bacon or the pimento cheese. I also tried the brisket chili loaded fries. I really enjoyed it with the sauce of ranch and the flavorful red onions on top. My friend tried the chicken wrap. It was loaded with delicious grilled chicken. The only issue was that he requested no tomatoes and they forgot to take it out. I would love to come back here soon!!! read more

The food at Twin Peaks is always underrated. The country fried steak is as good as you'll get in a Texas road side dive. Nobody has colder beer on tap than Twin Peaks. The service is spotty but consider you're dealing with young women trying to do a job in a place where the required uniform is all about showing T and A. I think Twin Peaks food and beverage products stand on their own. The uniforms need to be altered to a more conservative look. read more

First time here, very well organized and staff friendly and good knowledge. We were allowed to get fruit purée in our lemonade which was great, the appetizer with three different dips would have been a hit if not for the greasy tortilla chips, I could see where they we're trying to go with this serving warm chips but they were greasy and over salted, now the avocado dip, fire roasted salsa and cheese was great. The brisket taco was good but again salty, the turkey avocado club was very good along with the sweet potato fries. Would try again just to sample other items. read more

1 star for service, give the food 3 stars when I finally got it. Took forever to order since Carley was either on her phone or talking to a customer who had paid about her private life. Wish I would have gotten the other bartender l, Zoey,who was very busy picking up the slack, although she did notice my expression and poured me a tall ice cold beer. I have been here a good 15 times or more in the last 2 years and no much has changed, which is just fine with me. I see some negative reviews which leaves me miffed as I really haven't had a bad experience here with the food or the service. This isn't Ruth's Chris but rather a sports bar with some very attractive servers and room to sit a ton of people. It's similar to Hooters but with more space, a fireplace, outdoor seating and a menu with 2x more options. I have 5 children and they enjoy coming here and love the pulled pork nachos, burgers and the wings. If ever I can stop from being filled up on all the great appetizers I do want to try the chicken fried steak as I heard it's excellent but it keeps alluding me. Enjoy! read more

First off, if you don't like the schtick (girls in outfits)... don't go!!! Which is a moot point since I'll never be back after today. I wish I could say it was because of the food, but the truth is we never even got to order. We sat on the patio, with only another table and a table of servers who looked like they were on break. 10 minutes goes by, and the hostess came back and took our drink order. She told us that our server would be right with us. A few more servers joined the table with the others, and a guy who looked like a manager. The same hostess brought our drinks, and told us again our server would be right with us. 30 MINUTES later, the other table is having a server meeting, looking at us sitting there with menus, and we decide we've had enough. Only when we get up to leave does a server come by confused as to where we're going. We offered to pay for the two sodas, but she said she hasn't rung them up and said not to worry about them. We love this place, but the new management sign should have been a warning- do not go here if your looking to eat, and you may have to go get your own drinks. Disgraceful. read more

It honestly saddens me to see that there still are "brestaurants" in 2019 and that they're considered "family restaurants"... As a woman, I feel denigrated by the fact the waitresses in this restaurant have to wear such tiny clothes.... I can't imagine how objectified they must feel. This restaurant was mediocre. The atmosphere was nice. It's a nice sit down watch the game kind of place. Good sports bar. The waitresses were very nice and accommodating. Yes they wear skimpy clothes but that is their attire. To being kids there, I'd be cautious. You get huge portions! You get what you pay for! The food was almost cold when it came out. Wasn't piping hot. I ordered a Tom Collins and it tasted like water. I had to literally check my glass to make sure I didn't pick up my water instead. read more

In the past have done dinner service and normally it's great. Had lunch this afternoon it was like night and day. The service was pretty bad and it was not busy there. Im all for a fun work space but at least take care of the consumer first then go back to your social hour. Thankfully ordered an appetizer Because it took well over 25 minutes after that for our actual meal too come out. Even the waitress commented about the time it was taking but never checked to see why. Other people sat well after us received food before us. Food I ordered came out luke warm/cold on top of it all. Recently I just went to this site, we were around 7 and ordered just wings, nothing complicated, restaurant was empty and it took more than 40min just to get some wings out, right when we were going out of the restaurant, we actually left the place because of bad service. Destiny was the one who took my order, she had EXCELLENT customer service, she very polite and very respectful, she checked on us constantly, & brought drinks to us when our drinks got a little low without us having to ask. Okay, let me start off by saying why I've given three stars. Firstly, the food was absolutely splendid. Came out in a timely fashion, warm, and filled the stomach in ways it needed to. Secondly, the new managment (better yet the new manager) is really striving to make this transition smooth and pleasant for the customers. Will get into why Jay got this resurant the stars in the following: When arriving to the restaurant, we were greeted with pierceing eyes, only one waitress said "hello". After being seated, we were never addressed by our server for the night. A new table had been seated and served before we could even share the light of attention. My date had to get up and ask "do we have a server?" The hostess had to preform our order. Once the man Jay was alerted he calmly greeted us and explaind there was no excuse for what happened. Once we placed our order with the hostess, our "original server" Meg informed she was taking over. Not a minute later Meg said "I'm not in charge of yall anymore". Another girl came only to never returne. Halfway through our uncomfortable experience, I notice Meg standing in front of our table gossiping and pointing at our table to other coworkers. This is very unprofessional HORRIDE SERVICE. After, our man Jay, gave us a discount and then a coupon for the next time we come, highly doubt it. So, if you want alright food and to be treated like a rat with the plauge please go. If not I implore you not to spead your money. The old staff members with new managment would have made the ultimate experience. Hate to see its staff bring the ship down, while the managment despitely try to steer and keep it alfoat alone. TWIN PEAKS...Lafayette, La.......WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My husband and I have been going to this restaurant since they opened and have always enjoyed the food and drinks. Until today...we got there and requested to sit outside. Our waitress came and took our drink orders and then apparently forgot about us. We finished our beer and then SAT. 20 minutes went by and eventually I went inside and asked the girl at the front desk if our waitress had gotten off for the day or just forgotten about us. She asked who our waitress was and then proceeded to tell me "I think she got off". The waitress, Victoria (Tori), eventually came out and apologized and said "oh my god...I was about to clock out...I'm so sorry I forgot about you guys". We told her "No problem it happens". We ordered another beer and our food. Another 10 minutes went by and my husband had to go to the bar to check on our beers. Waitress eventually brought them out and said she was leaving for the day but she had transferred us to another waitress and that the new waitress would come and introduce herself to us. We said "ok". Victoria then came back with our ticket and said that we needed to close out with her so that she could go home so she needed us to go ahead and pay for the food we had NOT even gotten yet! When we questioned it she said well I have to close out the ticket so I can go and the new waitress will open another one. That's when we said just cancel our food we are gonna just go. She says "let me get my manager". Already fed up we decided to just leave enough cash to pay for the beers and leave. As we are walking out some girl, not even in uniform, runs out and says "hey guys y'all forgot to pay". Had she looked at the table she would have seen enough cash to cover the drinks. Funny that the only time they were worried about us was when we were leaving. Sad to say but we won't be going back. Customer service is not what it used to be. Tried to call and speak with a manager after we left and were left on hold for 20 minutes with no manager coming to the phone. My coworkers and I decided to have lunch here. It was a fast friendly service. The food was amazing. I had the avocado smash sandwich, my coworker had the nachos with pulled pork (it was HUGE) and we also got cheese bites, queso, and spin dip. The bloody mary I ordered was amazing!!! (I'm a super harsh critic with my bloody marys) The manager Jay smith came visit the table twice to ensure our experience was wonderful. He was very friendly outgoing and professional. The food here is great, just like any other twin peaks (pot roast, billionaire bacon, mozzarella bites, wings, etc). However, the service I received today was not the excellent service that I've received at other twin peaks. I read the reviews about the wait staff being bad and they were correct. I sat at the bar and even with 2 waitresses behind the bar and only 10 customers (it was lunch), it took several minutes for me to be acknowledged, more time before they took my drink order, another 10 minutes before my order was taken, then my house salad came out with my meal because the girl was too busy talking to walk to the back and bring it out. And even sitting at the bar, my glass was completely empty twice. I was there for nearly an hour at lunch while at the bar. I should have been in and out. So, great food, but less than stellar service. read more

Recently visited here because I had been shooting pool all night and needed a bite to eat. After googling a few places, it said this place was opened until 12. I walked in at 10:45. We weren't greeted for 5 minutes. Finally the guy at the bar says I think you can eat but let me ask the kitchen. He comes out 2 minutes later and they claim the kitchen was closed. I walked out and a female waitress asked me if they said they were closed. I told her they did and she informed me they were full of crap. They were not closed and she advised I go back in. I refuse to eat somewhere that would tell me the kitchen was closed. They won't get my business. read more

This place is hooters meets country, yes the name is an innuendo, but we didn't know it would be a bunch of scantily clad women, but I will not base my rating off of that. Me and my boyfriend both ordered chicken bacon ranch sandwiches, for some reason they were greasy, the chicken was tender but the bacon was hard and brittle. His daughter got the kids meal chicken sliders and the chicken was over loaded with black pepper, she couldn't eat it. Honestly the first time I have ever had to get my own utensils after my food was already on my table, while my waitress, Brooke, was eating from another costumers plate. It took over an hr to be served. Another waitress brought my meal out because our waitress was too busy hanging out in the literal lap of other costumers. One of the worst waitresses I've ever had. Not to mention the unfortunate couple that was seated behind us that hadn't even been addressed the entire time we were there. We love coming here for the wings! Spicy Thai chili is our favorite wing flavor! Today we came and ordered a different appetizer. We ordered the chips and queso. Chips were warm and queso was amazing! So much flavor and spice! Better than the queso at the near by Mexican restaurants. Good service but with no personality. Ordered chips and Chipotle queso with chili for an appetizer which came out in less than 5 minutes. Although it was Luke warm it was still tasty. The server didn't say excuse me, here you go, can I get you anything else, all she did was reach between my father and I am plop it down on the table. Main entrée was the Grilled bacon chicken ranch. It was very good but mostly bread. I advise everyone to get the Pico de Gallo on the side, or else your burger will be extremely sloppy and wet. Not bad on price range and the beer was ice cold. We had dinner here last night for my brothers 45th birthday. Service was great, food was great and the kids had fun. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because the food all came out separately. We had a table of 10 and the first 2 came out, then about 10 or so minutes later another few items came out and then later they finally brought out my dads meal. I used to be a waitress and that was a no no where I worked, you brought all meals out together unless specified otherwise. Overall we had a great time and Meg did a fantastic job. read more
