She made us feel so welcome, offered some great food recommendations for my friend, and was super engaging with us. I love a good bartender who knows how to make good drinks AND has a great personality, so we were laughing and it was the best lunch time I've had out at a restaurant in a long time. A group I belong to reserved a room. The organizer said it would be private, with our own server, etc. The room was in the area of some machines that don't work, our orders were messed up, the music was loud, service slow, food sucked, and they wanted $200 rent. So bad, that one server not only ignored me and greeted another group, she instructed another server to "leave him". Without knowing, unlike her, this server was answering my questions, trying to accommodate my request as a patron, who had gone ignored for 30 minutes. Then it took the helpful waitress, to come and reiterate to a dismissive manager on duty, the same observation. To be clear, as confirmed by the helpful waitress, I wasn't rude nor disrespectful in my question, "do I order from the bar or is there a waitress for this area" I recommend that until there's some training for the front of the house on how to greet and communicate with guest, you go next door to Buffalo Wild Wings...where I was greeted, sat, and served in under 5 minutes. read more

I don't even know where to begin. We ordered the chicken tenders to start and I think it was honestly the best chicken and fries I've ever had. The sauce was a little spicy but we soon found out if you mix the sauce with the fries it tastes just like pumpkin seeds. The staff was supper kind and friendly. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant at a long time. Granted this isn't a place I would bring your kids but if your of age I highly recommend it! As far as bathroom and store wise it was actually very clean. I was actually surprised on how clean the bathrooms were. And as someone who works in the food industry I was overall very pleased with my experience. Prices were very affordable as well. Very good food! I had the traditional bone-in breaded wings. Half were done in a good spicy wing sauce and the other half in a dry rub. They were cooked perfectly and were huge... some of the best wings I've ever had. I also had a side order of their bacon. YUM! My friends both had burgers and they said they were great also. Came in to eat, were sat right away, but from then on, no one checked on us for over 10 minutes. Waitress at least apologized and she took our food and drink order, because we were ready. A gentleman was sat next to us and was helped immediately and got his burger and side before we even had our appetizer, fried pickles. food eventually came out, burger was decent, although we had no ketchup and by the time our waitress came over, the burger was already finished. but the salad was delicious! we did notice a bartender spending more time showing her camera roll to a customer at the bar by a support beam than serving actual drinks. we noticed the well receipts from servers ringing in drinks piling up as she just giggled and gave the customer the "employee discount". if that's even allowed, but i doubt it. enjoyed our time here, our waitress was sweet, but probably won't come back. read more

However having 2 bartenders doing the entire bar, plus pouring drinks for the entire restaurant leaves little room for them to be attentive for the folks at the rail. We didn't read the reviews on this place before coming and we sure wish we did. Service was pretty subpar. Our waitress greeted us fairly quickly but after she took our drink order, we didn't see her for another 10 minutes. Another waitress brought our drinks and we got Bud Lights instead of Budweisers like we had ordered for the Cheeseburger and 22oz beer special. The mugs were frozen and clearly had not been dried prior to being frozen so the beers were watered down slushies. We asked for Budweisers since that's what we ordered and the Bud Lights were flat and watered down and they brought us bottled Budweisers. At the end of the meal we were told because we got bottles, we no longer qualified for the special. The ad listed Budweiser as a part of the special but this location must have not had it on tap which is why we got bottles. This was not conveyed to us until we had to pay which was upsetting. The only redeeming part of the restaurant was the mozzarella bites. Burgers were overly well done our waitress did not ask temperature preference. The chicken on my friends salad was rubbery.
