I always sit at the bar here and almost always have a great experience. Today, Viv, Maddie, and Faith were my servers. They were attentive, friendly, and super friendly. 01.2026. Stumbled onto this place as I was traveling and wanted to watch the Steelers play. ATM they are loosing. Anyhoo reminds me of Hooters with a Applebee's vibe. Foods much better tho. Babe and I came on a date night and Kaelyn did an awesome job serving us. She was super sweet and very quick with the service. I really enjoyed her presence. She had a beautiful smile which made the experience more welcoming and enjoyable. I ordered the chicken ranch sandwich with no pico and sweet fries and it was really good. The chicken was cooked perfectly and had a little smokiness to it from the grill. The chipotle mayo gave it good flavor and creaminess. The lettuce and bacon gave a nice texture and crunch. The sweet potato fries were just plain how I like it but they were cooked to perfection. Crispy yet soft on the inside. We also ordered queso with brisket chili and yall , it's one of the best queso I've had. It was creamy, the brisket gave it the perfect flavor, little bit of heat from the brisket. This is my first time in this place so I was looking for to have a good time. The ambiance is just dry I mean they had 500 TVs with football on and it wasn't real loud. But it was just dry. Although our waitress (Selena) was very pretty and had a great personality she was really slow. And when I gave her my money to pay my tab she didn't bring my change (18$) assuming that I was going to give her the rest of it for a tip. which was way too much for a tip with the so so service. and that kind of made me uneasy . but I just let it go. I had the hangover burger it was delicious it was perfectly cooked it was seasoned decent I had to fried pickles they were okay...but quaker steak and lube has better fried pickles.. My Angry Orchard in a nice tall, cold glass was so good, and what I needed to end the week. I ordered the 3 Mini Beef tacos minus pico de gallo. They were crunchy, and flavorful. I didn't want anything too heavy, and they were just enough. Forgot to take pics, but believe me, they were appetizing. I love that their online menu has pictures of all the selections. I visited Twin Peaks yesterday for dinner with a friend, and while our server was friendly and attentive, the experience was completely overshadowed by the behavior of one of the managers on duty. When I tried to ask a quick question about the wait time for our food, the manager cut me off mid-sentence and responded in a very short, dismissive tone. A few minutes later, I witnessed her speaking harshly to one of the waitresses in front of customers- raising her voice and making condescending remarks about how the waitress "should already know" something. It was uncomfortable to watch, and it created an unpleasant atmosphere in the restaurant where several other tables took note as well and also shared similar sentiment of disgust with my partner and I. As a customer, I expect professionalism and respect from management, especially toward their staff. This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant as a whole. I hope Twin Peaks leadership looks into this, because no employee or guest should be treated that way. I trust that action will be taken to rectify this issue. read more

I come here because the food is excellent...on 1 April 2026 came into seat yourself which is fine, but after 15 minutes of no server I asked the bar tender about a server which a girl reluctantly came over...I decided at that point to get "to go" because I realize I'm not a man and cannot offer whatever other gratuities they are getting from the men here but dang can I get my order so I can go...servers are rude to women and if they don't want women in here it should be noted...trust me I'm not hating on the females that work here, none of them would give me a reason to be jealous.... and anyone can walk around half naked and get attention...I just want my food in a reasonable time... read more

Forgot one of our dishes and had to wait 10 more minutes for that one. Fish and chips was only a few tiny pieces of fish. All fries were cold. Margarita had zero tequila flavor. Tasted like kool aid. Served in a tumbler. No salt on rim. Beer stein was only 2/3 full. This location is always this way. Thankfully Greenville is our normal location and it's always top notch. This restaurant has a large space and a sports atmosphere which is great for group gatherings, and the food, especially the large brisket nachos, is a highlight. It actually took me 3 days to finish the nachos. However, the service seems inconsistent, with a lack of attentiveness from both the servers and management. On my last visit, the server would disappear into the back only to return to bring out the food or give me the check. She actually tried to bring the beer I ordered after my check. The situation with the beer and the manager's lack of involvement may have detracted from my experience. The management appeared to be consistently flirting with the servers rather than tending to any customers. That in addition to eating dry tacos with no regular salsa. There is room for improvement in both service consistency and management presence. However, I do plan on going back if it's a late night or to watch a game on TV. This restaurant has late night hours and is a good option for an evening out after a concert, or other event. Most bars close too early or stop serving food early. However, this one is open late and has a full menu. There is also plenty of seating for large groups. read more

THIS location is really smutty. It makes a strip bar look refined. The bar staff was only interested in the local single men and dressed in garter belts, black bras...that's fine; however there were only 4 men and my partner (male) and I at the bar. I wished the kitchen did a better job at checking the temp before it left the kitchen because my party were almost finished eating by the time I got another hot rib after I sent it back. Came here with my husband (he's been here before and I'm a first timer). Our waitress was Bri D. And she was wonderful! She knew the menu inside and out and gave great food and drink recommendations. We started with the peak sampler, best fried pickles ever. I couldnt stop eating them. I thought that maybe I would give them another chance but honestly it was worst than the first time I went. Once again we had a girl that was training so we tried to give the benefit of the doubt but the girl attitude was out this world. I get that so people have bad nights but that does not mean you need to have attitudes with your tables. The serve basically dismissed the whole time we were. She never came to check on us after we got our food. We had to ask other servers to come over to our table to get the things that we needed. To make the night worst when the checks came she had messed them all up. She charged us all for double shots when we didn't ask for them and then when one of the people at the table asked for military discount she only looked at one of and walked away. Didn't wait for the others to grab their ids to show. So she had to come back again to get the others. At the end we ended up speaking to the manager but it really didn't make a difference. I was in Columbia this past weekend with some high school buddies for a guy's trip and what better place to eat/drink at on a guy's trip than Twin Peaks, right? Wrong. The service we received was just awful. Our waitress was uniformed, inattentive and completely ruined the experience. We started off by ordering a bucket of Labatt. We waited, waited and waited some more. Finally, she returns to tell us that they are out of Labatt. OK, time to pick something else, no big deal. We go with Dos Equis. Same drill, we wait forever only to have her return and tell us they are out of that as well. So, we finally go with Coors, which she assures us they have. And they did, but again it took forever for her to come back with our drinks. We were about 50 minutes in before we finally got our drinks. And when I say "drinks" I don't mean mixed drinks or draft beers; I'm talking about 5 bottles in a bucket. When it came to food the situation wasn't much better. We ordered wings as an appetizer and they came out in a reasonable amount of time but without plates or napkins. So, we ask for them and they take forever to show up. It's really hard to explain who slowly and lackadaisically our waitress moved. Two of my friends ordered steaks for their entrees only to have her return after another prolonged absence that they were out of steaks too. When the food did arrive, it showed up in staggered intervals and we had to ask multiple times for silverware. My water never got refilled and at some point, I just gave up. We simply couldn't get out of there fast enough. What should have been a great outing of cold beer and tasty food turned into nothing but frustration. It should be noted that it was not particularly busy. So, I'm giving Twin Peaks two stars b/c while the service was horrifically bad, the waitress was at least nice (if borderline incompetent) and the food was decent. If you read other reviews, you'll note that the service seems to be a regular issue. You've been warned, choose accordingly. I won't return to this location any time soon. read more
