Got the pellet grill and it has outstanding quality and construction. I really like that it is so versatile with the wood pellet, lump wood-burning, and ceramic briquett options. It has great high heat and is easy to clean. There are two slight negative issues, since the grill gets so much hotter than most competitors, it has a large opening in the back for ventilation. Because of this, the grill consumes more pellets than others and it's not the best option for true smoking (because the smoke leaves the grill).

    My built in grill

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE their pellet grill if you don't have this grill in a covered area! I have one of these, built in model. I can say it's built like a damn tank HOWEVER, it is absolutely the worse purchase I've made in my life, I believe. I have gotten some good customer service help as in sending parts to me which I replaced myself since their ONLY service tech is five hours from me. I have replaced the transformer, the auger and I haven't even used it a year. I have been grilling for at least 45 years. No, I'm not an expert but here I thought I was getting the END ALL grill that does it all. As far as smoking, it really doesn't. Yes, I've used "super smoke" on it. While the charcoal option on it I thought was great, you can't close the lid when using charcoal says the instructions. So much for getting that "charcoal flavor" so to speak, forget it. I've called my so called "dealer" and texted them. They won't respond to my inquiries. And now my labor repairs (not that it matters as the tech person is so far away from me) are no longer covered anyway so I fix it myself. My biggest frustration: Don't leave it out without covering it. If it rains, it get the pellets wet which you have to practically PRY them out around the auger with a screwdriver and while holding a vacuum cleaner to pick up the wet saw dust or even if they are dry. Personally, I think its false advertising that its an "outdoor" grill. If you buy one, make sure your outdoor kitchen is covered. I finally decided to see if I could trade it in for their 36" gas grill. I was told management said no and that I should contact my dealer. That's a joke as the dealer doesn't even return my messages or calls. I'm so disgusted in this machine and I grill weekly! I just use my egg now 90% of the time and let this POS sit there looking pretty. Very dis-satisfied! Two stars only because its easy to clean and built like a tank like I mentioned.

Don't buy it. Overpriced, terrible burners. Low BTU? And ignition simply don't work well.

It was a great option being in California with the only real outlet to rubs and sauces being bbq's galore which is limited. I was gifted a gift card in September of 2024. The main thing I wanted to use it for was pellets and for the better part of 10 months this store was out of stock. What I didn't know was there was an ownership change. When I called and the pellets were finally in stock (August 2025) I drove down, grabbed three bags and was told my gift card wasn't good because of ownership change. I was told that they tried to let existing credit holders know to use their gift cards and that there was a grace period of when pre existing gift cards would be valid. At the end of the day, as a new business owner, I get you want to be profitable from the start and honor somewhat pre existing gift cards. I follow you on Instagram and at no time did you ever post anything about needing to use pre existing gift cards by a certain date as stated by your employee. With so many options to purchase rubs, sauces, and pellets these days, this spot will not get my business. FWIW if you need lumberjack pellets or meat church (the best in the business) just go to bbq's galore and save yourself a few bucks.

Also…read more- Kenny is one of the nicest and humble small business owner who is more than willing to help you find the right table and accessories for you - without any pressure to upsell. Highly highly recommend you come check out this place if you can! Table: The table itself is amazing. We got the V2 Duo gas/charcoal combo and many many things stand out: -Solid build and wide table makes fitting everyone easy - we had 4 adults and a kid in a high chair and still had space! -Easy to set up and use. Stuff pops in with no screws, tapes, or issues. Legs fold out, gas canister pops in, and the stove has a pilot light so no lighters or issues there. Didn't need the instruction manual or a screwdriver. Once everything is in, a pot holder or the grill grate goes on top and you're ready to go! -The stove is completely flush with the table, giving you a real restaurant quality feel where you dont have to stand-up to cook like how you might with a regular burner on top of a table. Plus it keeps the flame inaccessible for safety. -Consistent burn throughout our dinner - some cheap stoves don't regulate consistently so you get wild bursts of blames here and there. Kenny: -Kenny's just a good dude. You can tell when you meet business owners whether they have a passion for the product or whether they want to just sell - and Kenny is truly passionate about his product, which started because his kids love KBBQ! -Positive: I told him I saw a similar model on Amazon and he mentioned to me that his competition is employing less-than-ethical practices to undercut him, offering a cheaper product but a cheaper build as well and despite that - decided to pivot towards quality instead of producing a low quality product Pays for itself, while maintaining the restaurant experience: -This table has already saved us $100 in one meal. For our family of four adults and one kid, we would have easily spent $200 for dinner at a hotpot restaurant, but I went and got all of my groceries for less than $100 and then used our table to cook at home! Best part is we didn't have to wait in the dinner rush, deal with a rude waiter, and then at the end of it - shell out a crazy amount of money.

On 9/10/25, I went in and picked out an electric fireplace insert I wanted. I purchased their installation and delivery. The sales person said someone would contact me on 9/16 to schedule the install and delivery. On 9/16 no one called. I called on 9/17, someone said they would contact the delivery team and they would call me back. I never got a call back. 9/18 I called again and was told the same thing. I never got a call back. 9/19 I called back and was upset - they scheduled the delivery while I was on the phone. A few days later, the delivery team came and dropped it off. No install. I called back and the person on the phone said it would take 3 weeks to cut the custom piece of trim. Now I was pissed. Not that it would take 3 weeks, but from the sales person to the people on the phone, and everyone else that I talked to, NOT A SINGLE PERSON mentioned it would take 3 weeks to "install." The delivery team ended up coming back to take measurements for the trim. 2 more weeks and no call back. I called back again, stating my issue. The install person said the delivery team didn't take proper measurements and he needed to come back to remeasure. A few days later, this person remeasured and again, 3 weeks to get the trim. I call on 10/23/25, the person on the phone says it should be finished the next day and I will get a call. You guessed it, I never got a call back. I believe I called back on 10/28, pissed, explaining the situation and I believe someone finally came out on 10/30 or 10/31 to "install" the trim. The best part about all of this, the trim was bent in the top left corner. The installer mentioned about having someone else come back to glue it flush, and that someone would call me. I'm writing this on 11/11/25 and of course no one has called me. My point - it wasn't just one person that was the issue, it was many people within the company. I can understand some hiccups here and there but this much lack of information and miscommunication is just ridiculous. Update: as of 11/12/25, I got a call from management apologizing and offering to come back out to your the trim. I declined the offer and just going to leave it as is.
