I bought their pellet version. Positives It's built like a tank! Very well constructed material Cons Too many to mention A few highlights: -Don't think you can use this "outdoor" grill uncovered. It'll rain or snow, pellets WILL GET WET therefore, clog the auger that puts the pellets in the fire pot. You'll have to disassemble the grill, pull out the pellets that have disintegrated in the auger due to getting wet. Completely ridiculous for a luxury high-end "outdoor" appliance. Had someone been honest with me telling me that only use it if it's got a roof over its head, I would've never bought it as you can see on the picture. I don't have a cover over my grills. -Replaced several parts -Customer service does attempt to help somewhat but good luck having a service person look at it if you aren't in "their close" area. You'll be fixing it yourself, I know first hand! Overall, if I were just told that this Appliance should be in a covered area, I would've not bought it. It is built like a tank however I am so disappointed in my purchase for such a high-end costly appliance.. I've decided to attempt to keep the rain off the pellet area with this picture as you see. Do not purchase from Twin Eagles. I spent over $10k on a built in pellet smoker when we remodled out backyard and it's one of the worst purchases I've ever made made. I liked the idea of buying from a US company, but the service and product is terrible. Purchase a less expensive grill from a company with actual customer service. I've had the grill for over a year and have yet to complete a single cook on it. It has malfunctionedctioned from day one and the technology feels 20+ years old. over priced garbage. these do not hold up around salt air. Cheap stainless steel shows its self after about a month being next to the water, interior components rot and rust even faster. working on them is impossible because the stainless screws corrode inside rivets and you can't get them out. Electronics died about 14 months after purchase. The 10 year old $150 Webber on the other side of the property hasn't been worked on since new and still works like a charm. cost does not equal quality with this product. read more

Got the pellet grill and it has outstanding quality and construction. I really like that it is so versatile with the wood pellet, lump wood-burning, and ceramic briquett options. It has great high heat and is easy to clean. There are two slight negative issues, since the grill gets so much hotter than most competitors, it has a large opening in the back for ventilation. Because of this, the grill consumes more pellets than others and it's not the best option for true smoking (because the smoke leaves the grill). read more

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE their pellet grill if you don't have this grill in a covered area! I have one of these, built in model. I can say it's built like a damn tank HOWEVER, it is absolutely the worse purchase I've made in my life, I believe. I have gotten some good customer service help as in sending parts to me which I replaced myself since their ONLY service tech is five hours from me. I have replaced the transformer, the auger and I haven't even used it a year. I have been grilling for at least 45 years. No, I'm not an expert but here I thought I was getting the END ALL grill that does it all. As far as smoking, it really doesn't. Yes, I've used "super smoke" on it. While the charcoal option on it I thought was great, you can't close the lid when using charcoal says the instructions. So much for getting that "charcoal flavor" so to speak, forget it. I've called my so called "dealer" and texted them. They won't respond to my inquiries. And now my labor repairs (not that it matters as the tech person is so far away from me) are no longer covered anyway so I fix it myself. My biggest frustration: Don't leave it out without covering it. If it rains, it get the pellets wet which you have to practically PRY them out around the auger with a screwdriver and while holding a vacuum cleaner to pick up the wet saw dust or even if they are dry. Personally, I think its false advertising that its an "outdoor" grill. If you buy one, make sure your outdoor kitchen is covered. I finally decided to see if I could trade it in for their 36" gas grill. I was told management said no and that I should contact my dealer. That's a joke as the dealer doesn't even return my messages or calls. I'm so disgusted in this machine and I grill weekly! I just use my egg now 90% of the time and let this POS sit there looking pretty. Very dis-satisfied! Two stars only because its easy to clean and built like a tank like I mentioned. read more

I own a 12k twin eagles pellet grill. Grill is still within warranty. The auger and motor have frozen. I have been trying to get resolution on this for 3 weeks. It took 3 days to get a response from their customer service group. Since then I have been waiting on a part that has supposedly been ordered. This grill is not worth the money and their service is below par. They give you a list of service agents and you have to sort out who in fact can do the work. The grill is average. It never has connected to wifi and is a pellet hog. The design and build is good but other than that it is not worth it. There are too many other high end options. read more

Our Delta Heat outdoor refrigerator stopped working after approximately 3 years of use and he went out of his way to ensure that my issues were understood and that I received a very fair price on a replacement unit. Great customer service. I purchased a new ignition module for my Delta Heat grill. After three months it stopped working. I contacted Twin Eagles (via E-mail during the virus outbreak) explaining the issue and requested a warranty replacement. A replacement was sent at no cost. I understand that any product may experience issues over time. It is how the company stands by their product and responds to these issues that determines their reputation. DO NOT BUY THIS GRILL!!! We cook on our grill every day. Within six months of having this very high end, expensive grill, the lights stopped working. We were told that it was because the heat inside the grill had melted the wiring harness in the front of the panel. We've never been able to get this issue resolved. We were directed to go through the local distributor who has absolutely no experience with these grills. We replaced the interior bracket holder and charcoal holder (also very expensive) several times now and attempt to maintain the integrity of the grill. It is falling apart!!! We will be looking for an alternative to replace this grill as it looks beautiful in the advertisement but not designed hold up for every day wear and tear. read more

When I asked about upgrading to get a bigger BBQ they said tough $@!t and I was going to have to pay labor costs for warranty work. This BBQ has never been lit!!! WATCH OUT! Had a Q/A issue with new Delta Heat grill but they got right on it. Good customer service! It does take time to make new parts but they have completely fixed my problem. Great job! I have had their 32" gas bbq for just over a year and it has been great. We were lucky enough to get a bonus last year that let us do our back yard like we wanted it and we put in an outdoor kitchen. The bbq works like a Champion every time!!! Like my wife likes to say, the bbq makes it look like I can actually cook!!! Love the made in the USA. The reason for my review is that I bought a BBQ cover for the grill in September and it seemed to fade very fast. So I called Mario in service and he said that was not the norm and that if I could send in a pic he would take a look at it. I did and the next day he called and said they were going to send me out a new one and that they want to send back the bad one to their supplier so it doesn't happen again. We have ordered parts three times for one of our heaters. While, I can appreciate them trying to figure out the problem with us over the phone, they are both next to impossible tor reach in the parts dept and NEVER call back after leaving a message. I have only been rarely lucky to reach someone. On top of that, each time had to pay for the part that was never the actual problem. So, now we are on part three. I have tried several times for the past two days to reach the parts guy, Luis, and left numerous voice messages simply asking when we should receive the third part. He, they never called back. We called and ordered the part before the Memorial Holiday weekend and still waiting. I can understand it taking time, but I cannot understand this company Not returning calls to simply in form us. Bad business. I am frustrated and disappointed for such a "high end" product that continues to fail. I could not have asked for a better grill and such amazing service after the purchase! My contractor and designer had originally thought that I would need an extra door to access the end. Once we started construction, they realized the base would not be strong enough if we added the door. I truly appreciate you sorting out the exchange of the custom grill door, which is something I would have had to throw in the trash can and I would have been very disappointed. We purchased a Delta Heat outdoor rated refrigerator for our outdoor kitchen. I decided to go with the lower priced Delta Heat instead of the Lynx refrigerator which was a bit more expensive. Big mistake. When we installed it, it ran but did not get the inside cold. Myself and my contractor checked and re-checked but it would not get cold at all. In fact being winter here in Northern Calif. it was colder outside than in the frig. I contacted the selling shop and they gave me a contact number. After several attempts to get in touch with someone, I returned to the selling store and the sales associate made contact with the rep for Twin Eagles/Delta Heat. He promised that someone would call and arrange to get the thing fixed. Weeks go by, nothing. Get contact number again finally get ahold of the rep. He tells me to contact Twin Eagles customer service. I call leave message for M ( I will not use the names here) nothing for a over a week. Call again, finally get ahold of M. Tell him the problem: here something running but not getting cold. I tell him maybe compressor? No its the fan. Well I can hear something running. But the phone gentleman says it is the fan. They will send someone. Over a week goes by, nothing, I call and leave message for M. Finally someone calls to schedule an appointment to fix it. The repair man shows up, with a fan. He takes one look and says "its the compressor, it is dead. That is what i thought but they told me the fan." Nothing he could do. So he has to tell Twin Eagles and they will need to decide to fix or replace. Fine. Weeks go by, nothing from Twin Eagles. I call leave messages for M, nothing, no call back nothing. Finally call again, ask to talk to someone who is in. They transfer me to another service rep., L. He tells me that M is has been out. Takes all my info. again and will let me know. L calls back and tells me that nothing was started and that he needs the serial number. At this point I am a bit frustrated. I was on the road and not home when he called so I had to get him the serial number on Monday after the weekend. L. tells me that I am responsible for the removal of the old frig. and installing of the replacement. OK, fine at this point I don't care anymore. Finally received the replacement today. The delivery guy, nice guy, told me that they can not take the old non working frig. I had to talk him to dropping off in my back yard. I was nice enough to take the pallet with him that the new one came in on. Now I have two rifigerators in my back yard. Not sure what I am going to do with the old one. I will be bring it back to the store I think. Never will I buy this brand again. My Lynx grill and side burners work great; should have stuck with Lynx...Live and learn. read more

Contrary to the above review. I have had exceptional service from the place I purchased from and one person in the company. I have done alot of research on the grills and all the ins and outs. I have also called their facility many times with questions on various things. I normally dont give reviews or my opinions on others businesses but I feel my message should be heard. I spoke with a lovely representative named Rachael about 5 times over the past month. Each time no matter what the question big or small her willingness to help or get me to someone who could help went a long way. Unfortunately i have had to be transferred to what is known as a technical support group when it came to more intricate questions and i was very disappointed. I was promised calls back and never received one. The lack of knowledge followed by just a feeling of me bothering them was unsettling. I was on the verge of going elsewhere. Surprisingly enough, I received 2 phone calls from Rachael making sure I was taken care of after being on hold 15 mins plus. That sold me. I know the grills are the best out there but im looking for the customer service aspect. I want to know i made the right choice and I did. Funny how one person in a company can make or break $25,000 just by being courteous and attentive. Eventually all my questions were answered. My contractor has just completed my installation after 2 very long days and I couldnt be more satisfied. What beautiful finishes and quality craftsmanship. As a business owner I hope to create a more customer service driven environment and this lady has inspired me. I hope my words have inspired the company. My review has the pros and cons as well as praises. I purposely joined YELP to speak my mind. I will spread the word to my colleagues and family.
