We also use our own vacuum, a Dyson animal vacuum for personal preference. I went back and forth with the company for 1-2 hours asking them politely to use our product before being told that they can only use their own with essential oils and then being told that Clorox is damaging to the environment and to their workers which we did not suggest. If you would like to use their mixture of essential oils and trust that it will not trigger allergies or reactions then this service may be one to go with. If you want a straightforward clean and want to avoid an argument when you request use of your own products, then avoid this company. Super stressful experience.

I used their services a few times but the issues became too many to justify continuing. I did both a deep clean and regular cleanings. They did not do the fridge/freezer during the deep clean (it was discussed this would be done), then when they came back to re-clean the fridge was not up to par. I also paid additional for dish washing. The dishes were done poorly and I had to rewash everything. I recommended them to a friend and they had the same experience in regards to lack of attention to detail. It ended up being a more stressful experience double checking work vs this taking something off my plate. Overall, the services overall are just okay.

All cleaning solutions and equipment are included. After they left, we noticed a few areas that were missed, but as promised, Adrian agreed to come back and complete the remaining cleaning tasks where he spent another 3 hours finishing the job, which was quite impressive.
