The wrong color windows were ordered and over a year later when the right windows arrived, the hardware color was wrong. instead of replacing the hardware, the owner demanded the second 50% of the bill, holding the hardware hostage. When I asked her to finish the job, she threatened to file felony charges of theft of service against me. Then she attacked my personal integrity and threatened me with a law suit. I finally ordered the hardware directly from the window company, paying the full amount plus the cost of a second set of hardware, just to get this crazy woman off my back. Unprofessional, dishonest (lied to me and about me) and incompetent.
