Do not use this company. it took me over 2 years to get 2 windows due to incompetence of the front desk. The wrong color windows were ordered and over a year later when the right windows arrived, the hardware color was wrong. instead of replacing the hardware, the owner demanded the second 50% of the bill, holding the hardware hostage. When I asked her to finish the job, she threatened to file felony charges of theft of service against me. Then she attacked my personal integrity and threatened me with a law suit. I finally ordered the hardware directly from the window company, paying the full amount plus the cost of a second set of hardware, just to get this crazy woman off my back. Can't recommend this place more. The glass on our wood stove shattered the day after Thanksgiving. We called sunrise glass and even though they were not open, they came in on their day off to cut us a perfectly fit piece of glass. Great, fast, and friendly service. read more

This review is long overdue, but I need another piece of glass so when I looked up the number I couldn't believe the 1 star they had. This business is ran very professionally. It is also family owned and they treat you like part of it! I had just refurbished this beautiful old dresser into a coffee buffet and was hoping to get a customized glass top for it. I came in with what I thought were the measurements but after talking with a few employees I came to discover that with it being an antique that all corners could have different measurements. Without hesitation the lady at the front desk asked if I had a little extra time that day and I said I did. She called out back to one of the guys working and asked if he could go to my home and specialty measure the dresser for an exact fit. He was more than happy too. Not only did they measure the piece that day but they cut it, did the edges and wrapped it within 3 hours for me to pick up. I was in shock... and the price was unbelievable! I would have paid three times what they charged me at one of the big box companies and it would not have been customized and a finish piece. Can't beat this place.... which is why I'm about to call for another customized piece. Thank you! highly recommended! read more

I was at the store trying to pick up brochures I was promised. No brochures were there as apparently they do not carry them for their shower glass anymore. That was a bit frustrating as a special trip was made to get them. I also learned from the owner that the conversation I had with the employee was recorded. (I was not aware of this but guess that's within the her right.) However, what is not right was her demeanor in the phone call I received from her later that same day. I would like to know what was in this recording that depicted me as the mean and intimidating person she told me I was. My wife and I rather liked their shower glass but needless to say, will shop elsewhere. read more
