He replaced the line that was leaking, but instead of just putting it back how it was (in an awkward position that possibly caused the leak to start with), he fixed the pipes so the water line would fit better. Also, when he arrived he was prepared with inside shoes and took his shoes off without me having to ask (some might not care about that, but it matters to me and shows courtesy) :) Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work and friendly, professional service.

(The prior job had taken longer than expected). He contacted me when he was on his way to be sure I was there to let him into the cellar. He looked things over and not long afterward he arrived --he diagnosed the problem. In less than 90 minutes he replaced the feeder pipe to the outdoor faucet as well as the faucet.
