I have been so blessed to be able to reap such a wonderful bounty from this venue since discovering it in the same plaza when I attended service at the Church of Eleven22 St Augustine campus. I am at the campus often and I am so thankful to be able to participate in the different sales days and meet different staff when I shop on different days. I can't even make it up about finding exactly what I need for my projects and many more treasures. I especially love when the books are half off. It's also so fun that I found dresses to donate for Night to Shine! The gowns here were gorgeous!!! The dressing rooms are well-lit and I appreciate that they have a customer restroom. And then, of course, knowing that the hospice teams are benefiting from these sales is something to keep at the forefront of our minds!! Pay it forward!! God bless!（‿）

This store is great they have a big variety of nice items…read more Prices are flexible some high some low. The staff can be a bit stuck up and not very helpful. Another thing is they dont give you a bag to carry out your item's. There reason behind it is a bit over the top as in they believe in no bags because of recycling purposes. So be ready to carry all your items out in your arm's. If you are disabled or use a walker or wheelchair good luck they dont offer to carry anything out for you or to your car. It's ridiculous that they dont offer you a bag for your item's. I never buy to much due to this reason.

Friendly staff and a clean and well-organized store make it easy to browse and find items. This store is mostly clothing items, mainly women and children. Each area is very well organized by type of clothing, size and color. They also have a decent size housewares selection. Not a whole lot in terms of books, movies, and furniture, but if you time it right I'm sure you can find something that tickles your fancy. Overall I enjoy stopping in to this store from time to time, I usually don't find a lot to purchase but it's fun to browse and check out the selection.

As a homeless veteran who recently found housing, I came to this Goodwill hoping to find a few…read moreaffordable items to help set up my place. I had read a lot of negative reviews beforehand but decided to give it a chance anyway. Unfortunately, my experience lived up to those reviews. I encountered multiple rude employees. When I asked a male employee for help, he dismissed me by saying, "I'm busy." At the register, an older white female employee who identified herself as a manager was extremely unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it and walked away mid-conversation. She told me that lowering the price would be "taking money away from those who need it," while laughing and chuckling as if this were not a professional work environment. I tried to explain that Goodwill is a nonprofit and that the items are donated to help people in need, but she seemed unwilling or unable to understand that perspective. She refused to adjust the price on donated, used items that were already overpriced. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for someone who genuinely needed affordable household items. I won't be returning, and I hope management takes customer service and professionalism more seriously--especially when serving vulnerable members of the community.

There is tons of merchandise but did not seem crowded. The young guy working the morning we were there, was fantastic! He was friendly and helpful. He was also super funny and personable. We ended up staying for almost an hour and bought a ton of stuff. They carry theses British men's dress shirts with the most unique prints. I ended up buying 4 for my son. My friend bought several things for herself too. I think the quality and value are impressive. Couple that with super service - you end up with a winner!

After digging through this mess of a store, actually found a doll I wanted to buy in a crib full of…read more200+ unpriced stuffed animals, etc. Volunteer at register told me the doll is $5 and would not do any better. She claimed a volunteer at the store looks up the prices of everything that comes in and this doll was made in Germany and is probably worth at least $20. (Which is why it was tossed in a bottomless pile of other stuffed animals, and not not behind the counter and priced at $20???) When I tried to take the doll back to the bin and look for another...she refused to let me take it!!! (FYI the last doll I bought here cost 25 cents.) She put it behind the counter and said she would put the proper price on it and put it back out on the floor later. Decided to go back for the doll that afternoon, but doll was nowhere to be found, staff looked behind counter, etc. After explaining to the afternoon crew what happened and who was working, they replied "Oh, that's the doll lady, she's into dolls. She took it home." Long story short, I tried to purchase an item the employee at the register decided she wanted for herself. Therefore, she intentionally overpriced it, lied to my face, and kept it for herself. Such behavior is unacceptable on so many levels as far as fairness, customer service, and the fact that this is a charity organization, raising funds with the sale of donated items. As a long time thrift store shopper, and I guarantee other thrift store regulars will agree, what this sales person did was sneaky, unfair, and unethical. Needless to say I will never set foot in this shop again, and encourage others to STAY AWAY!!!
