I entrusted them with my family's precious estate, and it was a total nightmare; they completely ghosted me for months, never returned a single phone call or email, and then had the audacity to sell off our heirlooms without ever sending a settlement check. It's been nearly a year and I haven't seen a dime, yet I see my items being flipped for a massive profit while they treat me like a nuisance for simply asking to be paid. They use deceptive pricing tactics, 'discounting' items from fake, inflated prices, and the staff is incredibly rude if you even manage to catch them during their 'open' hours.
