I went into this store Monday August 7th around 5pm. I was ready to spend some money. I came in…read morelooking for a dress for my sorority recruitment. I was greeted about 2 minutes after being in the store. No other customers were in the store when I entered. The worker helped me find a dress but they only had a large (not my size), I still wanted to try it though. When she placed it in the dressing room another customer came in and after that I had zero help. I looked around just to shop and found some stuff to try on. While I was doing this more people came in. While in the dressing room I was asked if I was still in there twice, this made me uncomfortable and rushed. I came out and another staff member took the items I didn't want she was very sweet. I looked around more and decided to buy something. I went up to the counter and just stood there for at least 5 minutes. Finally after getting no help because no one was paying any attention to me, I left. Very disappointed was excited to check this place out and probably would have spent a good amount of money if I didn't feel rushed and received barley any help.

Reputable businesses do not charge your credit card until they are shipping the order. In my experience, the owner was rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional in her interactions. There are many other reputable websites that sell the same products as they do at comparable prices while also providing excellent customer service, so I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

This store the customer service representatives cashier's have been treating me and my moma like…read morepure shit 8+ year's On December 12-2022 we were in lline on cash register number 9 Chris our cashier she's checking us out because we were there more than they are literally we proceed to pay my dad got it his Allvac check he's he's been dead since April 11th 2017 I put the envelope on the cash register belt why did that stupid crap God only knows I guess I guess because I thought you could trust the cashier but unfortunately we couldn't 2 minute I reach over to get some more money out of my mom's change first over her wheelchair the cashier's hold up the envelope saying do you want me to tear this up and throw it away I say no that's all we got to live on Chris till we get our disability check no she said it's empty so of course the struggle and panic begins because we know we can't live without that money which unfortunately we had to we go straight to management Coach T they look at the surveillance cameras they claim they see me reach over and put the envelope in my mom's pocketbook they yell at me to get off my hands and knees cuz I'm in between the belts of where you check out of the bags on my hands and knees looking for the money so employees are screaming at me get up you know you're not allowed to be back there I said you're not allowed to steal our God damn money either I go out of there and get Locust police { Officer Hartsell {involved he checks and surveillance camera size with Walmart I had two questions first if we none of this took place 1st clue how did Chris get the envelope threatening to tear it up if I put it back in her pocketbook second clue why were we still are all money? It's discrimination playing it simple everybody in their hates me Haley which when I was working for Walmart spark two of them come out and fired me how do you get fired from a job that's not even got nothing to do with them!? Andrea she treats me like s*** too she works in the meat compartment And a couple hours ago customer service she's checking the CD that hadn't been opened I bet you she works 5 minutes turning it over and over nose shot about six feet in the air saying it looks like it's been open yeah you're trying to open it now just give me my $8 back what she wouldn't do because I had to pay on three different things trying to pay for it and I ended up getting a gift card so she ended up getting the money back anyway And I get I have returns but that's my ride is a customer that's my money at the end of the day at the beginning of the day everything that's my f****** money These women employees their nose is shoots about 20 ft in the air when they see me . And all these women and when you're working at public you're not supposed to treat customers like their trash but unfortunately that's where I'm at that's what they do I've reached out to Walmart corporate they even ghost me but they're going to they're going to see me one day when I sue the s*** out of them We've been faithful customers for 30 plus years we've gave them most we've made them millionaires basically and then for them to turn around and treat their customers they're paying customers like trash it's unacceptable! And they are amazing to work with. Ronnie is a quality guitar repair guy. He's set up or re-set up three of my guitars, from a Fender Stratocaster to a Schecter to my most recent purchase (from RBC of course!) ESP. But that aside, the store is just the right size to find a little nook and try an instrument out. The staff knows just how to offer help without pressuring you. They want you to make the decision. So slide on by RBC in the Locust Town Center area some time if you are in the market for a new guitar (or other instrument because they can order it for you and probably get it faster than some online dealers can get it for you - or help you find a comparable instrument that would serve just as well as your 'dream' instrument). I haven't regretted buying an axe or having them work on my axes yet.
