We ordered from Twenty Pho Hour for dinner and had a great takeout experience. From the moment the order arrived, the presentation stood out. The packaging was organized, branded, and thoughtfully put together, which created a positive first impression before even opening the containers. The pho was the highlight. We tried the Black Ox with added tripe and fried garlic, along with a build-your-own bowl featuring brisket, thinly sliced eye round steak, fresh veggies, and beef broth. The ability to customize the bowls allowed everyone to build something they enjoyed, and the flavors came together well. We also ordered the 2-D Crispy Wings with sweet Thai chili sauce, which were a great addition to the meal. The food looked appealing when opened, and the quality held up well even as takeout. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Between the customization options, presentation, and organization of the order, it felt like a restaurant that understands the full customer experience, not just the food itself. A solid choice for pho and Vietnamese comfort food. We would definitely order from Twenty Pho Hour again. read more

Weeeell ... it's good! A tad pricey (but what isn't right now). ‍ The Pho Tai is Spot On (esp if you add seasonal veggies to it: carrots, bok choy, zucchini) along with the bean sprouts, sweet thai basil, jalapeño and fresh squeezed lime that come with. The Thai iced tea was great too (NOT sickening sweet as it sometimes can be. Looking forward to trying some of their other goodie's like dumplings and lemongrass pork. The rest of the treat is the place itself. Feels like you stepped into an international comic book strip... all in black and white. Supe fun if you are on the artsy side. read more

I'd say my daughters are PHO experts and I would say the same for me about the Vietnamese vermicelli bowls cus it's all I ever order. This place is PHO NOMINAL! The noodles were perfect the broth good on its own no hoisin or sriracha, and delicious with it. The flavors in my noodle bowls made my mouth dance! I will be coming here after every Disney day and we are pass holders. I only take pics after I take it and im extremely pleased read more

I had a taste for pho while in the Disney area and saw this place nearby our hotel. Walking inside, it is decorated in black and white comic book style, which added a cool vibe to the place. The cashier was helpful in making my decision of what to order. I decided to get the red elephant, which is a red curry soup based udon dish. It was delicious and was satisfying. I will definitely visit again when I return. read more

Overrated, Disappointing, and Absolutely Not Worth It This was the first restaurant we tried after landing, and what a terrible first impression. We arrived around 8 PM, and the place looked sketchy and practically deserted despite a sign saying it was open. We couldn't even figure out where the entrance was at first. Inside, the decor was an unusual mix of comic-book themes and random items, which was certainly different, but the food and service were the real problems. The menu looked promising until we started ordering. Almost everything we asked for was either unavailable or sold out. Why have items listed on the menu if they're not available, and why weren't they clearly marked as such? We had to keep changing our choices, which was incredibly frustrating. We eventually all ordered pho, but even that was disappointing. The side vegetables looked dried out, questionable in freshness, and nowhere near enough for four people. The portions felt stingy, the food was mediocre at best, and the entire meal was far from satisfying. Honestly, we left still hungry and ended up making more food at our Airbnb afterward. For a restaurant with such high reviews, this experience was baffling. The food was mediocre, the availability was ridiculous, and the overall experience was deeply disappointing. We genuinely don't understand the hype and would not return or recommend this place. read more

It's a little overwhelming to walk into a place with a cuisine you're not super familiar with. I asked the guy behind the counter, Jacob, for help ordering...he had an awesome recommendation (I'm so sorry, I don't remember exactly what it was, I lost my original review luckily I had Jacobs name written down so I wouldn't forget, lol) it was coconut-y and spicy, but not too spicy, and just seriously delicious. The appetizer platter was great, but we probably wouldn't do it again just because we were so full and couldn't eat all of mine, I had like a whole meal of leftovers. The place is really themed fun, everything is black and white...comic book vibes, 2D, just really cool. 100% would recommend, absolutely going back the next time we're in Florida. We did get 10% off since we were headed to Halloween Horror Nights after (after we dropped off my leftovers, lol) so that was a nice bonus, we didn't know about that before going in...I hope they do that every year. I mean we're going back either way, but a discount is always fun! Oh yeah, husband also enjoyed his, even though he was as full as me and should have taken half back to the hotel for a midnight snack (meal) like I did, he finished the whole thing! read more

We really liked the decor of this place...everything in black and white. We arrived late but were still welcomed in as they closed at 11pm. First of all, they were bumping some 80s/90s R&B in there. I don't know if that's something that they always play but I thoroughly enjoyed it the entire time. I got the White Chicks signature bowl (beef broth, udon noods, chicken, fried garlic, fried onion) and Thai Tea and some tapioca pearls that the cashier suggested. Kudos to him because that was delicious and I took it back to our hotel. The bowl itself was huge, not to mention how fast it came out as well, maybe within 10 mins of sitting down? I ate about half of it and my babe picked at some of my leftovers. I believe he got a build-a-bowl because he was dying for some udon. It looked and smelled so good. I couldn't believe that he was able to finish it all. He also got some Philly Egg Rolls (steak, cheese, onions, green peppers) because it piqued his interest. They were actually pretty good! He also got some Spicy Pork Dumplings and yes, those were spicy but the good kind. All in all, this was a great visit and we'd gladly come back again. read more

This is my first time at this location. We usually really like the other location! It was only okay here. Everything from the interior 2D designs to the service and food, was not as good as their other location. We came here during lunch on a weekday. We ordered and sat down. My pho came out but they didn't bring me any vegetables with it. I had to ask and wait. Flavor was ok. The beef was not as thin as I liked. Tough to chew. I also got the shrimp summer rolls. They fell apart very quickly. read more

Talk about excellent service! Wow! Everyone there from the sweet cashier to the manager were really thoughtful. They took great care of my family as we dined for dinner on some of the most delicious pho, kimchi noodles with pork belly, kimchi fries that were amazing, bang bang shrimp and lemon grass chicken rice bowls. Everything was cooked to perfection and had excellent flavor. The restaurant itself is absolutely adorable! What a fun place to hang out. Esteban I believe the manager, treated us to the cutest boba keychains too as we were leaving. My whole family loved them. We highly recommend this place, and being out of towners we'll definitely remember this spot. Thanks for a great time! read more

Yikes... Speaking as a Viet, I am more critical on pho. I should have known. Since I don't think there is a big Viet population in Orlando that I know of. Broth is not great. Bowl of pho is small. Where's the noodles? Veggies - extremely stingy for something so cheap. Eggrolls - no. They don't have viet eggrolls. They have laos and Philly cheese steaks. Very state fair like. Thai tea okay. Everything pricy for what is normally a cheap eats. 2 bowls pho, 1 Thai tea, 2 eggrolls - $50 read more

The morning after we picked up my brother from the airport, he wanted some pho for breakfast. The closest place to our vacation rental home was Twenty Pho Hour. Seeing that it had positive reviews on the Yelps, we were happy to give it a try. Sadly, this place fell short for us. Overall, the pho was unremarkable. It wasn't bad, but it did not taste authentic. My sister-in-law, brother, and nephew could not finish their orders. My sister loved her pork belly pho, though I did not try it. My niece and her two friends also seemed to enjoy their bowls. On the other hand, we ordered the spring rolls and were disappointed in how the banh trang (rice paper) was prepped, as they ripped far too easily, spilling the ingredients within all over the plate. Our cashier was in a crabby mood this day, and I wonder whether it was related to our arrival shortly after the doors opened. Yet, we did notice that we weren't the first customers in the dining room. The prices were comparable to other pho places, but the quality just wasn't there. The parking lot is large, as Twenty Pho Hour is located right next to a Publix! read more

Came here for the first time for lunch and liked that they offered a cast member discount, it makes me want to come back. The summer rolls were soooo yummy. I really enjoyed the pho with the 52 sauce, it is a huge portion and I took half home. Only retracted a star because they were out of chicken and a few other things, but the worker at the register warned us before we tried to place our order which was appreciated. When you walk in here, you feel like you walked into a comic book. It was so cute in here, so the vibes were already immaculate, but the food is the real tell. I had the kimchi fries that were freaking delicious and the pad Thai, which I've had at a different location. I'm very sad that they don't have a spot in New York where I'm from, because this would do so well up there. Hoping to enjoy a holiday dinner with our family of 8 coming from across the country the day after Christmas. Upon arrival, multiple other families with similar party sizes seated. I found a table and asked staff if we could move a chair to accommodate my party size. Our family was told our party would have to be split apart. PHO real? When a table opened up, staff refused to seat us together because "he would have to wipe a new table". I really wanted to enjoy this meal with family but was chewing on pho and seeing my loved ones from across the room. WT PHO? Anyways, poor service aside, the pho was underwhelming. My better half ordered the trifecta. The broth had an off flavor and the chef was he stingy on the shrimp and brisket in the dish. I had the black ox, and honestly, kind of mid. I thought the ox tail would have at least some gelatinous texture, but it was rendered into oblivion. I could not find it at all in my pho. Is this PHO real? ATMOSPHERE: cool concept. I will say the "2d"decor is unique and a nice touch. My experience here was... came hungry and hopeful, and left disappointed and PHO-getable read more

Love their Build a Bowls! I prefer their thin sliced steak over their brisket, it's tastier, so I get double that and add a pouched egg. Their garlic and onion pieces tastes great over their soup. Their kimchi is phenomenal and great for your health, be sure to order a side of that too. read more

When you're craving Pho in Orlando this is the place to stop. Randomly found this quick service stop through a google search and it was fantastic! Super fun theme for delicious Vietnamese pho and other yummies. How they found a black and white coke machine is a mystery! Haha We started with some apps steamed dumplings and Krab Rangoon. Both were awesome. My partner had the pho dac biet and I had the pad Thai. I will say the pad Thai was not my favorite. It had an odd sweetness to it that I didn't care for but the pho was outstanding. And huge portions! read more

Had to check out twenty pho's new location! Absolutely love this place and the quality does not change by location. I ordered the sampler platter which included a little hit of everything, they were out of rangoons so we double up on the dumplings. Loved being able to have different rolls and dumplings! Everything was so good, the dumplings were definitely my favorite. I've preciously had the Korean fire noodles, but I swear these were nowhere as spicy as the first time I had them. While yes they are spicy, they get spicier the faster you eat them. I opted for udon noodles and chicken for the protein. The noodles were perfect for the chilly night! Service was good and the workers were friendly. read more

A very small chain that has a good first impression in terms of service and interior. Exterior and Interior: They have a theme of black and white cartoon pictures (e.g., monopoly). The place had a lot of open spacing and some early 2000's music playing in the background. It's pretty quiet for a restaurant unless there's a lot of people. Service: To serve a large party, they were very accommodating and friendly. We had a party of 8, and without question, the female worker was open to completing any task given from us without question. I would commend this place on their service. The food came out just as quickly as well. We Ordered: Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Ox Tail, Combo with no tripe, Egg Rolls, Summer Rolls, and the Krab Rangoon. Overall, great food and would try some if you're around the area and need a change in cuisine. NOTE: They have their own homemade fish sauce! read more

As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I was in for a treat. It was like walking into a coloring book!! The menu feature a variety of pho (a Vietnamese stew) along the appetizers, rice bowls and noodle dishes. The prices are a tad high BUT the portions are HUGE and you WILL be taking half of your meal home, which is why they stack to-go containers near the soda fountain. Try the crispy pork belly pho. I was looking for some comforting food after a couple days at the amusement parks and stumble upon this place on Yelp. Food was okay. Pho broth was fine but didn't wow me. I definitely needed the sauces to enhance the flavor which I almost never do back home (Bay Area). Not a lot of meat but the cuts were decent. I also order a Vietnamese coffee and it was too sweet for my liking. Service was minimal. I ordered the pho at the counter and was given a number. Food came out within minutes. Most of the utensils were single use except for the bowl which was plastic. The interior had some interesting artwork on the walls which made it feel like dining in a black and white comic book. Final verdict, everything is alright. If you are looking for a quick bite or trying pho for the first time, I think it worth giving this place a try. read more

My first visit to this location. I previously ate at their other location. The decor, menu, service, and food quality are similar. I enjoy pho. I had their veggie pho. The service was great. Staff taking the order were helpful. Preparation of the food was quick. Staff checked several times during the meal if everything was satisfactory. Well well well, I was pleasantly surprised. I was not expecting much. The decor was odd but interesting. It was great food. The service was not good but it was equivalent to McDonald's. The kid was nice. After I ordered i was told that there were no knifes to cut my chicken breast. I ate it like an animal stabbing it with my fork. The place was clean. Did a search looking for some pho and this restaurant popped up nearby with a good overall rating, so we went for it. What a cool establishment from the moment we walked in, having a very modern youthful decor. You can tell by the vibe that's it seems geared towards the younger generation, but we older folks liked it a lot . The employees, each and every one of them present, were friendly and amicable. The food was top notch and we enjoyed everything we indulged in; the combo pho for myself and the wife had the pork belly vermicelli cold dish. We split an order of crab rangoons and shrimp summer rolls. Both the entrees were loaded with the good stuff, the pho broth was tasty, and basically everything we ate was delicious . We are new to the Central Florida community and plan to return here again (and again)! Highly recommended. read more

Went with a group of 9. Most had the pho and the opinions were divided. The two pho lovers did not like the broth- too plain, not enough salt 1/5. The other reg eaters thought the broth was good 3.5-4/5. We got the pho tai, pho combo, oxtail pho, beef short rib pho, build your own pho, Kim chi ramen, and spring rolls. I'm genuinely confused how this place has 4 stars. Either people are lying, drunk, or have never had actual Vietnamese food in their lives. Let's start with the basics... it's called "Twenty Pho Hour." PHO. That's literally in the name. So explain to me how the pho came out LAST. Not just a little late -- dead last, after everything else hit the table. At that point just rename the place "Eventually Pho, Maybe." And when it finally shows up? Wrong noodles. Not "kind of off" -- straight up pad thai noodles. The broth? Absolutely not pho broth. No depth, no aroma, no soul. Just hot disappointment in a bowl. Who is cooking back there? Seriously. Is the chef even Vietnamese, or did someone just watch a 30-second TikTok and say "yeah I got this"? My son ordered that pho, by the way. I asked them if they could cut the noodles and they said no, they don't do that. Oh perfect, let me just perform surgery with the flimsiest plastic fork and knife known to mankind. Which brings me to another genius decision -- ceramic plates, nice bowls, actual ramen spoons... and then dollar-store plastic utensils. Try cutting a pork chop with that. It's like trying to saw through concrete with a toothpick. Speaking of the pork chop... what in the world was that? I ordered lemongrass pork chop and got something that looked like it had been run over by a steam roller. Paper thin, dry, and lifeless. The fried egg looked like it came from a quail on a diet, and the rice was dry enough to qualify as insulation material. Now let's talk about the appetizer -- the summer rolls. They showed up after four meals were already on the table, but somehow still before my son's pho. You know, just in time to remind me how backwards this whole operation is. The pork inside was sliced so thin it might as well have been a rumor, and the peanut sauce? Terrible. No flavor, no balance, just sad brown paste. Honestly, this whole experience felt like someone tried to recreate Vietnamese food from memory after smelling it once in a parking lot. If you can't make pho, don't open a pho restaurant. It's not that complicated. This wasn't just bad -- it was impressively bad. Save your money. Save your appetite. Save your sanity. read more

This was my first real pho experience. It was really good and so many options from customized bowls to build your own plus many appetizer options. The atmosphere is so nice with all the black and white artwork. Brandon was our waiter and he was very helpful. I came with a large group (7) and we were serviced and eating within 10 mins! I had white chicks with udon noodles, Philly cheese eggs rolls both 10/10. I also tried one of my friend's krab rangoons (it's hard to mess up).. 10/10. I highly recommend. read more
