They left me with audio not syncing to lips and I had to spend a considerable amount of time playing with the marantz amp, Gemini AI and tv to 'fix it'. My Bravío 9 tv picture and adjustments might have been configured. Or not. Who knows? I don't use this space a lot so was looking for a turn key solution. I had suggested another amp and they said you get this one without telling me why I wanted it. I ended up researching and overall the wattage is better and the receiver is better for my system but no one took the time to communicate the why on equipment. I felt like they were a better option then Best Buy install but ultimately left lacking. If I have a question today about the system i wouldn't feel comfortable reaching out with questions. This install was right before the Super Bowl.

Everyone's been polite and helpful, but Glen just blew me away. He didn't have what I was looking for but he spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me discussing different options that would actually help me keep the current system I had, and saving me quite a bit of money. Not only did I hang up knowing much more than I did before I called, but I felt great about the current system I have. There are fewer and fewer brick and mortar, high-end audio shops, and even less people to have a conversation with someone when they know it won't need to an instant sale. The next time I'm in Texas, I will definitely swing by and meet Glenn in person and I'm sure pick up something to add to my system. Thanks for taking the time today Glen. You're a good guy.
