Don't believe the hype from the previous reviews! I could have gone with Best Buy or Good Guys to wire my TV, but decided to give the small businessman a chance. It started off bad with Troy from TV Mounts, when I had to call him to remind him that we had an appointment for him to come by! When he finally did show up, I told him I just wanted the TV wired to the DVR, soundbar, DVD etc. He starts drilling into my wall without even asking me! Then he left the mess from the drilling on my floor when he left! After about an hour (it's about 5 pm, quitting time), he says he is finished, and asks for his payment. I ask him to hang on while I try everything out. He could not get the soundbar to work (not a difficult job for a skilled person), and the DVR did not find any channels from the cable box. He said that I had to set up the DVR on my own. After he left, I realized that the DVR (which was the most important part of his services) was not even hooked up properly to the cable box! He was in such a rush that he did not even check to see that the TV remote was set up properly! It was not, and he said that I would have to fix that on my own..... I texted him to tell him that nothing was working, and asked him if he could come back tomorrow to fix it properly. I expected him to right his wrongs. He had no interest in fixing his work. I asked for my money back, and he did return it. It was a total waste of time, as I don't think he has the proper training to be doing this kind of work. He may be able to mount TVs, but he sure can't wire them! Stick with Best Buy or Good Guys, and spend a little more money to get the job done right! read more

Troy was fantastic. He paid so much attention to detail, made sure to get everything right, and was so patient in answering all of our questions. Yet, he also got the job done quickly. He installed/mounted a Toshiba 56 inch television and a Sony soundbar. After all of his hard work, he stuck around to make sure everything was perfect and to make sure we understood everything. I just moved and contacted Troy to mount my two TV's a couple of weeks ago. I have actually used Troy twice to mount my TV's and he does great work! We communicated via phone and text to set the appointment and he is always available and returns calls. He was on time and is a very nice guy. But, his work is the best part. Everything looks so clean and perfect on the wall. I have the glass trays below the TV's for the components and it looks beautiful! I love how both of my TV's look! Highly recommend Troy! We mounted two tv's and Troy is very meticulous with his work. From measuring, leveling, straight lines and hiding cables. He kept the area very clean and thoroughly explained to me any potential issues with mounting the tvs. Because of the concrete behind the walls and cords hardwired to the tv, it wasn't an easy job for us to do ourselves. Troy was outstanding---professional, polite, pleasant, meticulous, and superb at trouble-shooting a rather complicated flat screen installation in our breakfast room and kitchen. We upgraded from a ten year old 40 inch Toshiba to a 60 inch Samsung LED Smart TV with hook-ups to our Bose system. We attempted installation ourselves and we were quickly overwhelmed. I can't say enough good things about my experience! What I was most impressed with was his commitment to getting the job done right. He explained the mount I bought wasn't the best which was causing the TV to not be completely level, especially when moving it out from the wall and rotating it in either direction. After trying a few different things, he got it! I was very grateful for his expertise and commitment to the small details. He asked me a variety of questions and even helped me "future-proof" my setup with a few extra cables buried in the wall.
