When I first got to OTF I was a little back and forth about the prices, I thought it seemed expensive from a typical gym membership, but then again this isn't your average gym. For every class you have an AMAZING trainer in there with you and everyday there is a new work out so your muscles never get used to doing the same thing (which happens when you do those great DVDs at home). I took the three free classes to try it out and was hooked! I immediately saw changes in my over all health. My endurance was higher I was sleeping better, not to mention I was burning a sh*% ton of calories. I've been an athlete for years, I've coached, and hosted workout classes at Western Washington so I can speak to a wide range of people when I say (OTF) orange theory is for everyone.
