My daughter and I were blown away by the personal interest taken by each of the teachers that she had contact with. Needless to say, with the support and care of the owner, teachers and staff, my daughter is reaching those goals and loves the studio! My daughter tends to be very shy and timid- the girls in each of her classes have been incredibly welcoming and this positive experience has helped her overcome her personal obstacles. On a side note: we feel VERY safe going to classes with COVID going on. Seems that many fall victim to the media panic and forget that the survival rate for COVID is over 99% (the flu is more dangerous) Everyone gets temp checks, hand sanitizer and are aware of social distance. With schools going completely online- the kids NEED this activity! For many- this is the ONLY real social interaction they get right now.

Our focus has primarily been couples ballroom dances on Friday evenings. Esther has taught us many styles such as the Swing dances, Rumba, Waltz, Fox Trot, Nightclub Two-Step, Tango and others to include Salsa and Bachata. When we started we didn't know anything. Now we are confident to dance anywhere. This ability would not have happened had it not been for Esther's teaching. She is certainly the best in the county, and one of the best in So. Cal. And as for her Salsa and Bachata lessons, those occur the other days of the week. You would be hard pressed to find anything better. Hence her classes are well attended. Her studio also hosts Salsa and Bachata dancing events on special Saturdays each month called "Salsa y Mas." Those are simply a blast! As are the Ballroom social events on the last Friday of each month. All-and-all, this studio has it all. Now that the studio has moved to a bigger location that offers three huge dance rooms, and a smaller room for private lessons, this studio is the place to learn in all of San Bernardino County. Not to mention Rancho Cucamonga, and Ontario. So if you are interested in learning to dance, or to sharpen what you already know, I highly recommend this studio. Our second year competing was with K2, and the growth we've seen since then has been phenomenal. I have two girls who both compete and train here, and the training they receive is truly exceptional. The studio has clear rules that create a safe, structured environment, and as a parent, I appreciate the direction and consistency. They also re-evaluate and assess students regularly to ensure they're placed in the right classes, which shows how much they care about proper development. The technique taught at K2 is simply outstanding--far beyond what I've seen elsewhere. On top of that, they offer a wide variety of classes and training options, which is a huge bonus. Overall, I cannot say enough about the quality of instruction, the supportive environment, and the incredible growth my daughters have experienced here.

Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to follow up, I never received the communication I was promised or deserved, and our last interaction left me very unsettled. I enrolled my 5yr son in the Monday hip-hop class. From the beginning, we were informed that students would participate in a dance recital. This was my son's first recital, and although I initially had concerns, he was excited to participate, so we agreed. I communicated my concerns with the director and asked questions (see email) because I wanted to ensure he would be appropriately supervised. After the recital, my son told me he played a game called "spin the bottle." He also said older children were sitting with the group. This was extremely concerning because my son is only 5. My understanding was that the children would be supervised and groups separated by age. I emailed the studio for clarification and to explain my concerns. I received an initial response and replied with additional questions, but never received another response. I later called the studio because my son would miss a class and followed up about my unanswered email. Jessica said she would be out for a competition that weekend but would try to get further details about what happened at the recital. She also said she was not comfortable contacting other parents to ask whether their children had experienced anything related to this situation. I explained that I was uncomfortable with what my 5yr old had experienced and felt my concerns were valid and deserved to be addressed. She agreed and said she would follow up when she returned. I never received a follow-up. When I later called to unenroll my son, I again told the receptionist I was still waiting for the director to contact me and asked her to pass along the message. Again, I received no response.There was also a separate issue involving the recital photographs. At this point, 2 months had passed, and we had never received the photos my son took for the recital in June. On 9/9, I called the studio and spoke with Haley, the receptionist. I explained that we never received the photos. She provided an email and suggested checking my inbox/spam folder because I should have received a notification from the studio. I checked and found nothing. I asked if she could contact the studio for me. She said she could provide their contact information. I explained I was driving and it was difficult to take the information down at that moment, and she said that was no problem. She stated Jessica would reach out to the photography studio regarding the photos. I asked her to CC me so I could have their information since I was driving. I also asked her to have the director respond to my previous unanswered email regarding my recital concerns. She said she understood and would follow up. I called again on 9/10. The director answered. When I brought up my previous email, the conversation became defensive. I was told, "I don't know what you wanted me to respond to!" despite my email clearly asking for clarification regarding my concerns 2m ago. I was also told I was the only parent who had not followed directions regarding contacting the studio about the photographs and that I "refused" to take their information down. However, after reviewing the emails, I did not see anything advising parents who to contact regarding photos, updates/issues. Since I couldn't locate the photography studio, I thought it would be easier to contact the dance studio. The conversation became increasingly confrontational. I was also told, "I don't know if you know how things work around here, but we have over 300 kids here. We respond to things by urgency." I understand that a studio with 100s of students has to prioritize its workload, and I understand that photographs are not an urgent matter. However, that was not the only issue I was trying to address. My concern was that my 5yr old reported being introduced to "spin the bottle" at the recital, and I asked for clarification about what happened and how the children were supervised. To me, that warranted a response. What was most disappointing was the defensive response to a legitimate concern. I gave the studio multiple opportunities to address it and was promised a follow-up, but never received one. As a parent, I need to know my concerns will be taken seriously, my child will be properly supervised, and communication will be respectful. Unfortunately, I experienced the opposite.

All of her dance choreography, line dances & music selections are always LIT & FIRE She embodies PURE JOY, a radiant LIGHT & SMILE & she's an inspiration to me & everyone she encounters! Many of my guests really enjoyed her ZUMBA & salsa dance lessons. Most of all, they said she was very easy to follow! (Musical Theater 1, Musical Theater 2, tap 1, tap/ballet , jazz and HipHop)He went from a boy with anxiety to this confident performer. He was in his second musical Mary Poppins this past weekend. To see him perform with the biggest smile made me cry. He was confident and was so excited about the show. The show was AMAZING!!!!!!!!It's been great watching not just my son but many of the cast members just grow in theater. Thank You Mr.Frank and Mrs.Yesenia for bringing out the best in my son. He himself thanked them after the show for teaching him the songs and the choreography. All his teachers are all wonderful , Mrs.Megan , Miss. Larissa, Miss. Jenna, Miss. Jack , thank you ALL for not giving up on my son. A special shout out to Miss. Jack. Andrew wanted to try tap. Since the class has been practicing for a few months Andrew felt discouraged since they were already learning the song that they will be performing on the summer showcase. After trying the class he didn't want to continue since he was just starting and felt lost. Miss Jack told him she sees his talent and he can do it. She told him to come back the next week and try again. He tried again and he felt that he couldn't do it. Miss.Jack told him to think about it , she believes in him, if he still don't feel comfortable he can enroll after the summer showcase and start from the beginning. She was very sweet to him. On our way home he decided he wanted to continue!!! His words " mom , Miss.Jack believes in me. I want to take her class , I can do it " He's doing amazing. She knew how much he did want to take her class and encouraged him. I can't wait to see him on stage in June for the summer showcase. I also want to give a shout out to the parent volunteers.They're very helpful, it was so nice to hear from them how Andrew has grown so much in theater. Another shout out to Kyle , the front receptionist for being helpful and answering my million questions haha. Us parents don't just cheer for our kids we cheer for all the kids. We can automatically tell the difference in passion and customer care he genuinely sounded caring and professional!! On the day of our trail our daughter was super excited and eager to dance just walking in we felt welcomed!! The receptionist on duty when we walked in ( I'm so sorry I forgot her name) was super sweet and informative she again helped with any concerns or questions we had. She also invited us in to see a class that was already in session to give us a preview of what we could expect. Our daughter's class that day consisted of only two other dancers which in all honesty was perfect for a trial, her instructor was able to really work with her and get to know her personally. She was so sweet and caring to our daughter. We could not be happier!!! After class we went in and introduced ourselves to her and asked her opinion on how the trial went she had all positive comments and invited us to trial her Saturday class because she felt it would be a better fit for our daughter. That to me was everything!!! She showed genuine interest in our daughter's success with the studio!!! We never felt pressured to sign a contract or pay to save a spot and that is what makes this place a true Gem!! They are very true to there advertised "family environment" all staff was beyond kind and sweet to my Mimi dancer and my little 7 month cheering on his sister.
