TutuFun is a phenomenal venue to host any birthday party. The variety of DIY projects are vast. The venue is extremely clean and the variety of charms used for the projects are unique and cute! The location is easy to get to with plenty of shopping mall parking the service provided by the hostesses at the event was top-notch. I want to extend a personal thank you to Lilly and Nanette, who were absolutely kind, professional and wonderful to my 11-year-old daughter and her guest. My daughter and her friends had such a wonderful time making their adorable projects. I definitely highly recommend TutuFun.

I went here on Mother's Day to celebrate it with my mom and sister! Lovely shop and this is the first time we do tufting. They instruct you carefully step-by-step and help you along the way. Recommended!

We love it here. We follow tutufun fashion square on Instagram and always try out the new crafts. We've done gel, wax, and cake candles, a large pour dog, a pour keychain, several decoden projects, a beaded bracelet, keychain, and pens, and a sensory cup. We work with Lily a lot who has been amazing. She's answered every single difficult question we have asked her and she's helped guide us in how to make our crafts look the way we want them too.

Such a fun arts and crafts studio in Westfield Fashion Square! We came for rug tufting, but you can decorate phone cases, paint little figurines and make candles here, too. There are also mystery collectible boxes for purchase if interested. Rug tufting takes quite a few hours - about 4 hours for our medium-sized creations - and it's rather pricey. Medium costs ~$115 and small costs ~75, to give you an idea of the price point. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are strongly encouraged to ensure they have availability. If you pre-plan and send in your image ahead of time, they can stencil it for you. They do teach you how to make the rug, so this is a beginner-friendly activity for those at least 12 years old. Many, many thanks to Lily for her help during our session. And they offer private parties!

Visited this place for a friends kid party. Most of the activities for the parties are crafting I believe. Like painting and decorating a clock or mirror. They have several options. Very friendly and caring staff. Everyone seemed to have an awesome time! Thank you!

Item says $8.99 but I was charged $14.99

Super unorganized store. Staff doesn't care. We went in and asked about an item that was placed on a shelf that said $8.99 I walked up to an employee to confirm it was the correct price. She looked over to the cashier and they both said yes. We waited in line for about 20 minutes only to be charged $14.99. When I asked why, she said she got the price wrong. She refused to honor the price she originally gave me . She claimed to be the manager but certainly did not lead or act as one. This is a store targeted for children. Staff should be happy, helpful and FUN. Instead of acting like they hate their job especially when claiming to be the manager. Won't be letting my children shop here anymore.

Honestly, the Noelia and Lily MADE the experience. Very accomodating and they know what they're doing. Super helpful. This was so fun! Will try the rugs next time!

In the past, this Michaels seemed to have a staff shortage, and the checkout was a drag. I know the self-checkout isn't new here, but it has changed everything; it's fast and efficient, leaving the staff able to focus on helping the customers. Anyway, I really like this location and the staff is really helpful.

As those of us are familiar with arts & crafts, then we should know what to expect and what to buy. They have many selections of many things in their inventory. Prices change/varies every now and then; but, do have affordable discounted prices on a lot of their stuff. For instance I got 2 frames today for a great deal. One frame 9X12 & the the other one 16X20 & 8X10. The 1st one was $12.99 & the big one was $19.99. W/out tax. I needed some beads for decorative reasons and couldn't find any that I liked. In color and in style. During their Holiday Seasons they are fully stocked and all aisles are bursting with cheerful, happy colors, flowers, brands and more.. if you are not quick to grab what you need, it will be too late. Overall, not a bad experience, but they can for sure step up to the plate and help out their customers when we need help. I have had 2 pictures framed at their framing department in the past; and, they did an excellent job. So thank you for that! Clean store, restrooms in the far back, also clean, and plenty of parking spaces shared with number of businesses. Located on the 2nd level right above Marshalls. Take the elevator or the escalator up/down. What goes up, must come down!:-)

When I saw the work, I was shocked by how sloppy, rushed, and low quality it looked. This was not professional work and not something any business should hand to a customer. I explained that I was unhappy with the quality and asked for my money back because I could not use this canvas for my client. Instead of trying to fix the problem, they refused and kept saying, "This is how we do it," and that they already spent time, labor, and materials on it. They acted like there was nothing wrong with the work at all. What made the experience even worse was the attitude and disrespect. Instead of helping or apologizing, I was told to leave the store. I also took photos of the canvas so people can judge the quality for themselves. I would not recommend this place if you expect professionalism, quality workmanship, or respectful customer service.

It's got lots of fun nooks and crannies with great materials, supplies, service and sales (including 40% off, clearance items and more). It was easy for me to follow a lot of their played out pricing for canvas (10 years in retail, though it's been almost 10 years since I walked away from it and yet still retain so much lol). I ventured into the "Come (On) In" area and discovered some complimentary artist guides, incredible artwork and extra items I was seeking for a sketching event I hosted over the weekend. Love coming in on Saturdays, though it's been several months since I was last in, hoping to change that, check out more of their events, including some great some shows this holiday season like their Medley. I don't have much to submit by their deadline, but highly recommend you do if you're an artist, aspiring artist or creative. They definitely are neighborhood feel with some cool regulars. Caught some warming interactions and references to Cheers (the 80s to early 90s series) between the staff and a really nice returning customer. I'm not sure if Kelli was there when I stopped in, but I've had some greatest response with her in the past online when inquire about things. Everyone is super knowledgeable, mindful and respectful. Ready to assist, but also let you take your time exploring and feeling out all they have to offer. Street parking primarily with a 1hour limit from 8am to 6pm. Some limited spaces in their back alley parking, that I'm sure is super great for their staff/ the Carter Sexton family. Its first come first serve, but you might get lucky. Open from 10am to 6pm Monday through Saturday weekly with some variations for holidays. A must whether a local, passing through or seeking out a small biz to support that does great things for the area, and showcasing a spotlights artists of all walks of lives and ages. Even Bob Ross on display wants you to check out this great supportive Art spot. "We don't make mistakes, just happy little accidents."
