I wanted to get some sharpies and they had to be unlocked from a cabinet. Someone helped me right away! I recently got a really cool piece of wall art that I am super excited about! They have a lot of great home decor surprisingly. Keep an eye out for their sales! Some of their pricing can be a bit high, but the sales make it worth it. I know the self-checkout isn't new here, but it has changed everything; it's fast and efficient, leaving the staff able to focus on helping the customers. I explained that I was unhappy with the quality and asked for my money back because I could not use this canvas for my client. Instead of trying to fix the problem, they refused and kept saying, "This is how we do it," and that they already spent time, labor, and materials on it. They acted like there was nothing wrong with the work at all. What made the experience even worse was the attitude and disrespect. Instead of helping or apologizing, I was told to leave the store.
