AMAZING! My Well…read morePump stopped working... They showed up with 30 minutes (good luck) and Dennis had a crew out an hour later to replace the entire system. The quote they gave me was fair and honest, especially considering another company gave me a higher quote claiming the pump was underground. Dennis assured me the pump was NOT underground, a very honest admission that saved me hundreds of dollars, if not more! After some problems were discovered in the install process, Dennis and Water Dr worked with me to make the unexpected costs more reasonable. He then sent me a detailed invoice that included a warranty, easing any concerns I might have about future issues. He was positive and helpful throughout, answered all my questions and never seemed annoyed, rushed or frustrated by a first-time well-owning homeowner. Best way I can explain is just Honest, Fast, Affordable and Respectful I will absolutely be using Dennis and Water Dr for all of my well, pump, filter and water needs moving forward.

Melanie said they had some "no water" calls that morning and were running behind. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and have them call me back later with a new time frame. Melanie calls back around 12pm saying that they got more "no water" calls and all the crews were working on those calls and they had to reschedule. Okay, I get that having no water is an issue. HOWEVER, you have SCHEDULED jobs....WEEKS IN ADVANCE. If I had a reservation at a restaurant I would get in before people that just walk in. Same concept. People that call in need to wait. Plain and simple. On the other hand, if I wasn't home and the company showed up to do work, they would be pissed (as I am now). Clearly, this company places priority on bigger jobs that bring in the most money. Forget if you have a scheduled job. If something better comes along you'll be pushed aside. Customer service DOES NOT EXIST here. The company needs to better prioritize their crews (if they even care to). Have a team focused on emergencies and one focused on SCHEDULED JOBS. I urge everyone to NOT USE this company. If you feel like wasting your entire day for them to reschedule the day of your appointment, then by all means call them up. After being recommended to Sima by our water filtration provider, I called them first thing in the morning. By early afternoon they had someone out to check out our system. I had already resigned myself to the idea that our 21 year old pump had died and was just hoping that it wasn't a dry well situation. The Sima tech systematically checked the whole system to make sure he fully diagnosed the whole issue. He was able to find the root cause was an electrical short. He fixed that and got our water back up and running very quickly. He could have easily told me that I needed a new pump and I would have completely believed him and bought it. Instead, he was honest and charged a very reasonable price for his labor. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be calling once my old pump really does go! You can trust this company.
