Been here before and like other ice cream yogurt places it all sold by weight which I actually like as I don't get but half the small container with ce cream/yogurt and add small amounts of about 4-6 toppings. This time I got the coconut, death by chocolate and cookies and cream and also toppings butterfinger, Reese's and m&m and hot fudge. The coconut was the best I highly recommend if you like coconut. This is my daughter's favorite spot after a hot summer day... or a cool winter day. Actually it doesn't matter, she manipulates me into bringing her here just because! Tutti Frutti is a small shop at the corner of one of the smaller buildings across Kroger. It has a wide variety of flavors but the key ingredient here is all the toppings! We absolutely love the assortment of toppings for our froyos. The employees typically maintain the machines and the topping bar clean, sometimes some are friendlier than others but hey at least we have our delicious treats! If you're in a desperate punch for a yogurt fix and can overlook the grungy floors and poor customer service, then this will do. Otherwise, keep driving! Signs posted everywhere to not eat the ice cream before you buy, you have to ask the guy behind the counter to get your sample, even if there's people in line. He literally comes around the counter with one sad little cup for one sad little sample. For two people. REALLY? The floors are gross and the toppings display case needs some fresh toppings and a good cleaning. I hope this isn't the best froyo Tomball has to offer. This really should be zero stars. This is one of the dirtiest places I've walked into. The bathroom was disgusting, there is literally dried ice cream on every seat, every table, the trashcan. And you can tell it's been there for quite some time. Putting a couple spoonfuls of mochi on my ice cream is one of my favorite things about frozen yogurt places, but this is the first place I've been to where the majority of my mochi pieces were hard (I'm guessing because they were old and becoming stale). I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. It also cost about a dollar or two more than other frozen yogurt places I've been to for the same amount of ice cream. I won't be back. read more

Haven't been to this location in a while, dropping 2 stars because it was so dirty inside! Literally everything 3 ft and below looked like it had stuff dripping down or splattered on it. The choices in yogurt and toppings are great here but the dirty environment gave me the heebie jeebies while trying to enjoy my treat. Please give this place a good scrub and make sure your employees are being detailed cleaners from top to bottom when on shift. Would love to raise the stars on this review if this place is clean the next few times I visit. It was also super hot inside and the radio sounded mostly like static. read more

My main gripe about this place is the price. We paid $25 for 3 cups of yogurt. That's what we'd normally pay for 3 fast food meals including drinks. Why is a cup of yogurt $8? That's just ridiculous!! A half gallon of ice cream is what $6 at HEB?? Also, as several other people have mentioned there's never anyone out front to greet you when you walk inside the store. Someone comes out from the back when you're ready to pay. We even had to wait and were asking out loud if someone was going to come out to take our money? Then they have the nerve to include a line for a tip on your receipt like you're at a full service restaurant. A tip for what?? The yogurt is self-service! Good golly. The last three times we have been here we have not been greeted by or even seen an employee upon entering. It's not until we are waiting with yogurt on the scale melting that a grumpy employee comes out from the back. Sticky counters and tables and service is awful. I am always a generous tipper but they can't even say welcome when we enter and offer samples or say hi. It's pitiful, will be driving the extra distance to orange leaf. It was a nice night to sit on the patio but the furniture was roped and locked. And the back door that is to remain unlocked is always locked, fire marshal violation? Very unwelcoming store. Lots of signs saying not to do something or that they only accept certain things. The Ronald Reagan framed letter is misplaced in a yogurt store leaving customers to ask "what does this mean? Or why should I care?" I've never had a problem with bad food. I've never even had a bad experience, come to think of it. I come here when I need a quiet place to talk with a friend after a long day. The patio furniture is locked up, yes. It would be nice if employees could unlock at the beginning of the day. Employees are often in the back unless lines are long, but I have never had to wait to check out. Normally they rush out when someone walks in.
