Been here before and like other ice cream yogurt places it all sold by weight which I actually like as I don't get but half the small container with ce cream/yogurt and add small amounts of about 4-6 toppings. This time I got the coconut, death by chocolate and cookies and cream and also toppings butterfinger, Reese's and m&m and hot fudge. The coconut was the best I highly recommend if you like coconut. Great flavor. read more

Such a great experience. Everything was fresh and there were so many different flavors and toppings to choose from. The yogurt was creamy and I loved being able to make my dessert exactly how I wanted it. The place is so welcoming and fun and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful:) I'll absolutely be coming back! read more

Amazing service, and great ice cream I would definitely go again. It was clean and the employee was very helpful.

This place is not closed. It's extremely dirty inside and overpriced and they don't let you taste the ice cream.

Keely is the absolute best! She is so sweet! Very knowledgeable of all ingredients as well. She is amazing at keeping the place stocked and clean! I watched clean on the tongs after all the kids touched everything! She's awesome! Also the Taro froYo is the BEST EVER! Please keep it on rotation. read more

This is my daughter's favorite spot after a hot summer day... or a cool winter day. Actually it doesn't matter, she manipulates me into bringing her here just because! Tutti Frutti is a small shop at the corner of one of the smaller buildings across Kroger. It has a wide variety of flavors but the key ingredient here is all the toppings! We absolutely love the assortment of toppings for our froyos. The employees typically maintain the machines and the topping bar clean, sometimes some are friendlier than others but hey at least we have our delicious treats! It is convenient and the whole family can enjoy this place! read more

Customer service and food was amazing! The employees there are very helpful and friendly! Not super pricey either! The store felt very cozy and clean altogether. read more

Absolutely delicious and great price. Love this place. Great variety of flavors and the choice of no sugar added. What else can you ask for?

This place has good choices and toppings but it is absolutely gross inside. The floors are nasty, don't even go in the bathroom. The tables don't even look like they have been wiped down. It's almost hard to eat inside. read more

Nice local spot. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Lots of yummy flavors. read more

Product is not bad, but they get a one star because nothing annoys me more than having to sign a receipt for a bill under $25.00. I've noticed this more and more and have concluded it's because they want to guilt trip you into giving a gratuity. Please help me understand why I should give a tip to this business? I paid for frozen yogurt and some toppings, that's the product I paid for. What services were rendered to me? Zip, zero, nada. I encourage everyone to stop tipping for a product you paid for. When someone waits on me and other patrons, brings us drink refills, etc., then it's appropriate to tip. read more

Tutti Frutti - Receipt. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Tomball, Texas

Closed the store at 9 when it's supposed to close at 10, whole family was disappointed because we waited for dad to get home to get froyo, called the store and the girl in there said they were closed at 9 when the sign outside and online is 10. Should talk to your closing associates. read more

If you're in a desperate punch for a yogurt fix and can overlook the grungy floors and poor customer service, then this will do. Otherwise, keep driving! Signs posted everywhere to not eat the ice cream before you buy, you have to ask the guy behind the counter to get your sample, even if there's people in line. He literally comes around the counter with one sad little cup for one sad little sample. For two people. REALLY? The floors are gross and the toppings display case needs some fresh toppings and a good cleaning. I hope this isn't the best froyo Tomball has to offer. Next time I'll keep driving and find a Menchie's. read more

Tutti Frutti - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Tomball, Texas

service was bad, lady at the counter was rude. you can't try any flavors before uou buy so basically you're buying something u wont even know if you will like read more

Yummy yummy I got froyo in my tummy! I love the nutella, kona mocha, mango... Seriously your froyo life isn't complete unless you've had at least the nutella...it doesn't get better! Couple of problems with this tutti frutti... 1) I don't need your grungy, money taking hands getting my samples. 2) the guy working here seems a little weird AF. He looks like he'd blow this place up on his bad day. 3) the almonds jar and a few more other jars at the top need to be clean ASAP, along with some of the sauce containers. Not a good look... read more

Worker need uniforms. Girl that waited on us was disgusting. Her shirt was unbuttoned all the way down to her stomach it didn't look like she had a bra on. And when she bent over to weigh the yogurt "they" looked like they were going to fall into the yogurt. Needless to say we were not happy. read more

Very sweet sales guy-greeted us nicely! Took granddaughters after school -great attitude. Very clean & orderly location!

Management here has no concept of customer service. They have signs posted all over threatening customers that steal their yogurt. The poor kid at the counter wouldn't even give me a sample cup because of stupid policies. I'm a grown ass man with three kids, does it really look like I'm going to steal your precious yogurt? I came here to post a bad review and find it full of bad reviews. I should have known. This place sucks. I'll never be back. read more

SUPER DIRTY! I'll NEVER go back to this place again! Smelled horrible and place was filthy dirty!

This really should be zero stars. This is one of the dirtiest places I've walked into. The bathroom was disgusting, there is literally dried ice cream on every seat, every table, the trashcan. And you can tell it's been there for quite some time. Putting a couple spoonfuls of mochi on my ice cream is one of my favorite things about frozen yogurt places, but this is the first place I've been to where the majority of my mochi pieces were hard (I'm guessing because they were old and becoming stale). I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. It also cost about a dollar or two more than other frozen yogurt places I've been to for the same amount of ice cream. I won't be back. read more

Get that tip off the option and the cup down. You have it posted all over the place not to taste. Any place compared has the person come out with small spoons to test a little bit before you eat it. Lame. And your sprinkles are stale read more

Was nervous after reading the other reviews but it was actually a really good experience!

Haven't been to this location in a while, dropping 2 stars because it was so dirty inside! Literally everything 3 ft and below looked like it had stuff dripping down or splattered on it. The choices in yogurt and toppings are great here but the dirty environment gave me the heebie jeebies while trying to enjoy my treat. Please give this place a good scrub and make sure your employees are being detailed cleaners from top to bottom when on shift. Would love to raise the stars on this review if this place is clean the next few times I visit. It was also super hot inside and the radio sounded mostly like static. read more

I always get original tart flavor because I know I can be picky with food and yogurt so I got my original flavor with my toppings after eating some toppings I realized my yogurt left an after taste like sour milk , I'm not blaming anyone I just think customer service could have been better than "it taste okay to me" and left me standing there confuse don't refund but please do something about that it is not okay I let my friends try it so it wasn't just me. read more

The Tomball location continues to keep the inside temperature too hot. It's so uncomfortable it feels like you are in a sauna. It's to the point I'd rather drive further to a different location. read more

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO EAT EXPIRED FOOD! I came in tonight to get a frozen yogurt. I got my favorite flavors then topped it with some mochi. The mochi had black mold ALL over it!! One of their employee notified me that the owner won't let anyone throw ANYTHING out. EVEN IF IT HAS GONE BAD. I asked an employee to throw the mochi out and he said he is not allowed to even if it has mold on it. I'm DISGUSTED read more

Closed. No sign on the door. Midday in the summer. Last 2 times we've gone the employee disappear and you have to call for them.

My main gripe about this place is the price. We paid $25 for 3 cups of yogurt. That's what we'd normally pay for 3 fast food meals including drinks. Why is a cup of yogurt $8? That's just ridiculous!! A half gallon of ice cream is what $6 at HEB?? Also, as several other people have mentioned there's never anyone out front to greet you when you walk inside the store. Someone comes out from the back when you're ready to pay. We even had to wait and were asking out loud if someone was going to come out to take our money? Then they have the nerve to include a line for a tip on your receipt like you're at a full service restaurant. A tip for what?? The yogurt is self-service! The yogurt was pretty good, but I think next time we'll go to Dairy Queen for half the price or grab some fro yo at HEB and have our desserts at home? read more

Good golly. The last three times we have been here we have not been greeted by or even seen an employee upon entering. It's not until we are waiting with yogurt on the scale melting that a grumpy employee comes out from the back. Sticky counters and tables and service is awful. I am always a generous tipper but they can't even say welcome when we enter and offer samples or say hi. It's pitiful, will be driving the extra distance to orange leaf. It was a nice night to sit on the patio but the furniture was roped and locked. And the back door that is to remain unlocked is always locked, fire marshal violation? I don't know just another little annoying trait of this place. Yogurt is average. read more

If I could pick a negative, I would. This store is pathetic. They claim, on the site, they are open until 10:00. My daughter got there at 9:35. Closed! The pitiful excuse of an "acting manager" said he was told by the owner to close. Anybody in Tomball open a frozen yogurt place so we can teach them what "hometown " means. read more

Ewww The original flavor taste it off... And this is coming from someone that eat frozen yogurt about once a week. I don't think the person working there spoke a single word to us the entire time we were in no hi, welcome, thank you... Nothing. And then look irritated when I asked for a spoon. I don't know if it was just a weird day that we were there but I think will try another place next time. read more

I should have read the other reviews first. The floors were filthy and the tables and seats were grungy. Also, it was very warm on the inside and the yogurt wasn't great. Go somewhere else. read more

Great yogurt favors & toppings found at this location. Seating area was small and A/C not working during our visit.

all the yogurts have a strange taste. wasn't allowed to get my own samples? also a lot of signs plastered everywhere of what you cannot do. very strange and my yogurt was disgusting, tasted like spoiled milk read more

Store was filthy. There was food all over the floor and it looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in a while. Bathroom was gross, barely had any soap and toilet paper sitting on top of the dispenser. Every surface was just gross. Made me nervous about the toppings bar. Who knows how hygienic the fruit and candy was. Really expensive too for a small amount of icecream. read more

Yogurt good, tv is as loud as an old folks home, couldn't even talk to family. Place was extremely dirty, women's toilet was disgusting. read more

Very unwelcoming store. Lots of signs saying not to do something or that they only accept certain things. The Ronald Reagan framed letter is misplaced in a yogurt store leaving customers to ask "what does this mean? Or why should I care?" The spoons are under the register and the cashier says that the owners are cheap hoping people will use few utensils and napkins. Go to DQ across the freeway instead if this place ! read more

There were a lot of different toppings but the yogurt flavors were bad. The red velvet cake and toasted marshmallow did not taste good. My one son couldn't eat his cake batter frozen yogurt it was so sweet and gross. The toppings were in huge chunks and should be in smaller pieces for toppings. read more

I've never had a problem with bad food. I've never even had a bad experience, come to think of it. I come here when I need a quiet place to talk with a friend after a long day. The patio furniture is locked up, yes. It would be nice if employees could unlock at the beginning of the day. Employees are often in the back unless lines are long, but I have never had to wait to check out. Normally they rush out when someone walks in. Tables can be sometimes sticky but if a table looks dirty I sit at another table... Duh. read more
