Every time I order here, I don't know what I'm gonna get. It's either 75% of the time terrible, or 25% of the time decently good. I've been there, had my drink messed up by their own fault 3 times, and then they said that they could not fix it because they're not allowed to make more than 3 drinks for one person. This time made me hit my limit. I slowly put my lips on the straw. I took a small little gulp, then my eyes widened in disgust. It was water and milk combined. THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE. We always come here to get bubble tea at the mall. I think it's the only place that offers it, and you could almost miss it since it looks like it's just a froyo place. Our fave is Thai milk tea with jellies! The Thai tea is on the sweeter side and i don't think you can customize it (maybe I'll ask next time), just fyi. read more

The one employee that was working there Tuesday night, 3/19/24, is incredibly mean and rude to all customers. She believes that because she works there, she is allowed to be rude and disrespectful to customers that are nothing but friendly. The most over priced icy water ever. I was getting two of the medium containers and ended up with a 34$ price tag.

Ordered a couple slushies here and they told me they were out of boba to which I said that's fine. Get my green apple slushy and it tastes super watery. But then the watermelon slushy comes out for my brother and it was absolutely horrible, simply undrinkable. Just watery soap ice? For $13. We just wanted some slushies at the mall. Don't ever come here for slushies. Go to auntie Annie's or Dunkin' Donuts. The service was really unfriendly and slow too. read more

We had the best experience at Tutti Frutti on 4/8/2017. The owner and other staff were so accommodating for my son's 7th birthday party and his 16 friends and family, plus their parents. The kids (and parents!) were so excited to make their own ice cream. We had three kids who had food allergies and the staff made it possible for them to enjoy the ice cream and toppings as well. The owner also went out of her way to do some extras for the birthday boy and make his day extra special. I would highly recommend Tutti Frutti at The Rockingham Mall in Salem, NH for any special event or occasion. They make it truly worth it! read more

I agree with P.H., no contest between SK and TF. The flavors are more varied, no bad after taste, and the toppings are not in original squeeze bottles! The fruit is way fresh. Staff seems to be friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they keep the peanut butter cups whole. I'd rather have them in chunks so that I can choose how many I want and have it be easier to eat. If you get whipped topping, watch the dispenser, it shoots it at you! Nice selection of frozen yogurt flavors and a really nicely done store. The frozen yogurt is yummy and the topping selection is really immense and cool with whole pieces of candy bars and cookies as offerings. My friend and I ordered bubble teas on our last visit, and they were awful though. Took forever and a day to get them and then there were huge chunks of ice and just frozen clumps of boba. Yuck. I've had the frozen yogurt before and it's really good but I was a little bummed by how bad the boba teas came out. read more

First time in today, I tell Sofie who is the clerk working as I asked her name I am buying a yogurt for my son but he wants to try a flavor. She was rude, told me I needed a sample cup and to make sure he throws out his spoon, I again explain that I am paying for it he's trying a bite from the cup we are purchasing, she then walks out back while I am waiting to pay just to make me wait! I waited paid and asked her name. She needs to be trained in customer service! I will never return to this place due to the bad service! read more

This was the worst frozen yogurt place I have ever been to! We got the tart and it was absolutely disgusting and it was barley coming out and half of the other ones were out of order. I usually eat everything and maybe it was just the day I came but will never come back. The toppings were stale and the fruit looked unappealing. read more
