They just refunded me and gave me attitude. they did however offer that I could grab a bigger freezer burnt cake that's been sitting in their freezer without an additional charge. The cake i ordered was already paid for and cleared with my credit card company. When I went to pay for the cake over the phone, they asked me if I wanted to add a tip????? I didn't even see the cake yet and to make a long story short, they didn't even make the cake period. It's a very toxic business. I would never go there. I Will give my business to someone else that knows how to deal with errors and customer service.

I usually think of frozen yogurt as soft serve, like Red Mango or Pinkberry, so I was a little confused when it was served in scoops instead. We tried the strawberry and chocolate peanut butter flavors. To me, they tasted more like regular ice cream than frozen yogurt and were a bit sweeter than I expected. Overall, it was a decent stop for dessert, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting. Travel tip: If you're visiting Portsmouth, I'd recommend avoiding the Bow Street Parking Lot if possible. We paid $39.55 for about two hours, and extending our parking by another hour cost an additional $7.91.
