Do not ever go to this facility. I ordered a cake a week in advance and was supposed to pick it up on my son's birthday. They never made it. To make things worse they didn't offer to do anything for my son and we were there on his birthday. They just refunded me and gave me attitude. they did however offer that I could grab a bigger freezer burnt cake that's been sitting in their freezer without an additional charge. The cake i ordered was already paid for and cleared with my credit card company. When I went to pay for the cake over the phone, they asked me if I wanted to add a tip????? I didn't even see the cake yet and to make a long story short, they didn't even make the cake period. It's a very toxic business. I would never go there. I Will give my business to someone else that knows how to deal with errors and customer service. read more

Since all is close back at home, we decided to get some to go. I ordered with the taller gentleman, long hair under the cap. I had to tell him order twice! Then when he started making my second item, idk why he thought another worker had completed my order, so he mumbled to himself, oh cook, then this can be mine. He then tells me, that guy made your other order. As I proceeded to pay, my second item wasn't made, so "the Worker that supposedly made my order" cashed me out then made my second item. Both 16 oz to-go containers were sticky all over. The least they could do is wipe the sides. It's so unfortunate that the service like that can completely ruin someone's experience. The ice cream is reeeeally good. It's expensive, but definitely better quality than your average ice cream place. There are tons of delicious options and creations, plus you can come up with your own too. The ice cream cakes are incredible too. 2 gripes. First, it's very small so there's only 3 tables and very limited seating. They do have a couple benches outside but I like ice cream in the winter sometimes too, but not necessarily while I'm sitting outdoors. Second, the last couple of times I've been in they've been out of a lot of stuff. This most recent visit they were out of a LOT. No drinks in the cooler, not a single ice cream cake or whatever in the side freezer, and literally only a third of their usual selection of ice cream. I'm hoping it was a fluke? It looked like they were going out of business they were so low on stock. 3 stars for now because while the ice cream is really good, you kind of have to have it in order for people to enjoy it and it was just sad how empty the place was last time. read more

I love, love, love Cold Stone creamy! Sweet cream ice cream mixed with other flavors of your choice...add in toppings... Mwwaa! Bravo! Nothing better They had a long line and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they moved things along. AND the entire time with a smile on their faces. The only thing I can say about this location is to please clean your sidewalk outside. I love that you have a few benches where we can sit and enjoy or treats, but it's gross! It's sticky, and SMELLY... really, really smelly!! Milk has been baking on the sidewalk in the heat for how long and never cleaned? How can we enjoy when we wanna barf? They must have heeded these reviews, the place was surgically clean and the staff was great. I'm glad they are back open.

This being my 1st visit, I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, I had an idea cause after all it is and icecream shop. There were no customer's when I entered. I was greeted by a friendly employee named Heather. The establishment was clean and well lit. With about 4 tables available inside to sit.They offer out door seating as well. A good selection of ice cream to choose from. I had somewhat of a difficult time making my decision. I ended up getting their Oreo Overload. The texture was perfect, not too hard and just the right amount of creaminess. Decent amount of mixins I spoke with Heather throughout my entire visit except when I was stuffing my face with their delicious icecream. They make all of the icecream right there. And up to 21 of their own signatures creations. Offering up frozen cakes,cupcakes,pies,frozen yogurt and sorbet as well. The ice cream is available in 3 sizes to take home and the offer prepackaged flavors too. I had quite a few questions,Heather happily answered them all with a smile. All I can say is this place is filthy. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, disgusting restrooms, glass cases were full of streaks of melted ice cream, fingerprints and hand prints. The register area where they have the holders for cones had crumpled dirty napkins and the holders looked like they had net been washed in a long time. There are 3 tables inside. I love Cold Stone, just not this particular location. I stopped in one evening to get my favorite No Fair Funnel Cake to go. I guess the girl at the counter didn't catch the "to go" part and handed it to me on a plate. I asked for it to go and she rolled her eyes at me and said they were out of containers. Rude much? She stuffed it in an ice cream container (like, oh my god that was like so hard). I've never been to a Cold Stone with rude employees, guess there's a first time for everything. It's not a career job, but a little common courtesy from the young ladies that "work" here would be nice. read more

Average customer service...not very polite or friendly. More concerned with who is sleeping with who, using swear and vulgar words...etc...the ice cream as always is good...cant screw up ice cream too much...sad that they let these kids ruin a great place. read more
