When there is a conflict don't expect a call or text back, you will be ignored. I didn't even get a reply after my sons act scores came back because she was mad about me asking when her cat wouldn't be at the center anymore. She has lost two students because of lack of follow through. If you don't ever want to talk to your kids tutor about things that might upset her don't bother with this place because she will ignore you, ghost you and never reply to you. Trust me, I'm not the only one who has dealt with this. The only reason I gave her 3 stars is because my son pulled off a satisfactory enough ACT score for colleges he's interested in and my middle schooler learned good math techniques from here.
