This is where working to earn tips in the service oriented jobs in the US is a definite advantage. I had 4-5 people serve my table of one customer yet I had to remind them ... can I have water please, is anyone ready to take my order, my drink was served by one, water another, food order taken by yet another, and served by entirely a new person!!!! Not personable experience and rather confusing and unorganized. The Whisky based espresso cocktail was good Nd tasty and the 8oz fillet was fine but rather dry, and more like. 4 or 6 oz at the most.
